Best McDonalds in Norwich, hands down. Never forget anything like sauce pots or straws, always get the orders right, great service.

Lovely breakfast this morning; all the food was fresh and hot with customisations all catered for and really quick table service. Ross was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble and he was always around to check we had everything we needed.
Every time I have used this branch of Mcdonalds I have had one or more missing items. Very frustrating, especially when its something of the kids. Not sure at this point how many items I have paid for and not received. An excellent business model to take money and give nothing for it.
One of the staff here enthusiasticly greets every single customer that comes in and checks if they need anything and knows how to order. He remembers people's names and is generally very nice!
