The staff are very friendly and actually care about assisting and helping the customers. My mocha was really good, and the fresh pastry was even better!
Very Expensive but that is to be expected on the main strip. Great Air Conditioner inside. Outdoor seating is lovely.We ordered 2 sandwiches and the meats were high quality, however the baguette bread on both sandwiches was to put it kindly extremely tough. One suggestion might be is to consider adding Dutch Crunch as a bread option for those patrons who enjoy a crunchy crust with a soft center. Regardless five stars for aesthetics and ambiance
Consistently delicious a great spot for pastries or lunch. I'm never disappointed. The kale Caesar with a scoop of tuna is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. A wonderful mix of indoor and outdoor seating.

Food was DELICIOUS! BEST breakfast burrito I've had in years and the yogurt parfait was just as good. The service in Novato was much better than. My first experience at Rustic earlier this year at the location in Marin County mart in which the staff member lied to me and then charged me 2x! This past weekend experience at Rustic Novato definitely made up for it.
I really enjoy this bakery. I think their breads are fantastic and they’ll slice it for you. You gotta go early if you want certain pastries. They run out of stuff quickly which is the only reason i gave it 4 stars. I have been there at 2:30 and there was very little. Everything I have purchased is always delicious!
Excellent stop before hiking! Great pastries, coffee and sandwiches! We tried a muffin, croissant, cinnamon roll, and scone. All awesome!
First time here and I think I'm hooked. I got the florentine croissant and scrambled eggs. They were out of chai so they promptly refunded me without me asking and when I asked for a different beverage, she gave it to me on the house. I don't expect that everytime but I am very grateful for the delicious food and lovely customer service I received. & I don't really write reviews. I just want to say also, everyone seemed to be working so hard and yet had such positive attitudes. Thanks for your hard work and starting my day off right!
Just finished my first Rustic Bakery Breakfast Burrito. It won’t be my last. Delicious, fresh and made with care. The bacon is top drawer! Maple cured and meaty.

Today was my 2nd visit to Rustic Bakery.
As a out of towner I fell in love with this place on my first visit. I love watching the bakers kneading away on their different types of dough as I stoodby waiting to be served. Workers are very friendly, always smiling.
I highly recommend Rustic Bakery.

Amazing restaurant. I got a simple salad, but next time I'm feeling bad, or perhaps after a good workout, I will definitely try out a pastry... or two. They looked great! The salad was good quality.
