I had the spinach and mushroom omelet. The spinach was fresh, the onions were grilled nicely, and the mushrooms sauteed. It was delicious. The pancakes were sooooo good. The service was attentive but not pushy. I was very satisfied with the meal and the service. It was actually top notch.
Poblano and beef benedicts were amazing. Staff is hardwarorking and nice.
Food came out quickly. Their hashbrowns are really yummy.
When we arrived, there was seven guess waiting to be seated. It was a Sunday morning. To my surprise we where seated less the 5 minutes. The lobby and seating area was very clean.
Out table was also clean and silverware was so clean we could see our reflection on them.

Breakfast, classic American IHOP. Our waitress was the best and pointed us to the 55+ Menu. Don't expect designer coffee or hip ambience, but the food will be well cooked, the pancakes fluffy, the restrooms clean.
Food was very good, customer service was very good.
We had to wait for coffee for about 10 min. That's why service only gets 4 stars.

I have eaten here only a few times but it's good enough to go back. Usually I get the pancakes but this time I got chicken and waffles. The pancakes are very filling. Chicken and waffles somewhat less but very tasty. I think now you have to request the different flavor syrup. I think it was always on the table before. Now they just bring original standard.
Worth the trip.
It's IHOP.... Wait is not too long and food is good. We had a really good service last July 3, 2022. It looks clean and food was warm and tasted good. You can't expect a fine breakfast - it's just IHOP breakfast .... BTW I like it once in a while.
