I work out next door and have regularly passed this great spot. Yesterday, I took a peek in and I really wished I would have done so months ago. I had no idea how particularly health-conscious, meticulous and tidy Boba Nosh is until I took the time to learn from the friendly staff. Right down to selection of the sugar. What matters to me matters to Boba Nosh and that's why I'm already a regular.
I'm vegan and gluten free in Novato. It's difficult and near impossible to find places that cater to finicky eaters like me! Boba Nosh is not exclusively vegan and gluten free, it's definitely also for meat-eaters depending on what you'd like to order. I had a tea, and vegan-cheese and avocado waffle sandwich---Delicious, and I didn't have to go to the city or Whole Foods. Oh, and the banana and chocolate muffins are amazing! Yum! Pair them with the tea :)
It was right there next to my gym the whole time. Can't wait to try your salads and other sandwich combinations. Great, great food and tea that I can trust and not have to scan ingredient labels or ask annoying vegan questions to enjoy ;)

Im a regular here and they have a great tea selection, as well as different sweeteners and well as creamers you can choose from and put in yourself so that you dictate how you want it to be, and if you still have some room in your cup after adding what you like, they'll top it off with more of your tea.
