The service is amazing. All the people working here welcome you and care enough to remember your name. Food presentation is beautiful and the food is tasty! The bar is astounding ! A huge selection of wine and any drink you could want .

This was supposed to be a 7 oz steak cook medium rare. Crab cakes were extremely fishy and the chicken Marsala was chicken jerky. $90 order in the trash. First time or ordering from here and the last. Yes I also called the store. At least door dash did give me a credit.

It's not easy delivering great service when you're forced to have your clientele eat outside in 15 degree weather, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Great heating arrangements, friendly staff and the food is excellent. Would recommend inside or out in any weather!

Dined here last night and the staff was SO accommodating. Even though it was chilly, we ate outside and the employees made sure we had heaters on us the entire time. Our waiter was phenomenal. He was attentive and funny. It was the first time in months that our small group of friends was able to get together and Bonefish made sure we had a fantastic time. Thank you for making us feel safe and making sure we had a wonderful dinner and experience.

I have had multiple items from Bonefish grill. By far there best dish is the Imperial Dip, which is a mixture of different seafood such as shrimps crabmeat etc. and cheese along with tortilla chips. The second best thing to order is the "bang bang shrimp" tacos. Apart from that the other dishes are also good. The fish dishes always tastes fresh.

First time doing take out! Food was great, samon dish worth coming back for! Manger did a great job, took our order without hesitation, even though it was ten minutes before closing! Great job!

My husband and I chose to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary here and we were not disappointed. Our server, Jake, was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was classy and comfy, and our food was beyond exceptional! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to experience fabulous service, food, and atmosphere. The cherry on top of the cake was how kind Bonefish Grill was to give us a surprise complementary dessert in honour of our celebration. I will definitely be back!

Both my husband i, had the Atlantic grilled salmon. Probably the best salmon we ever had!!!! It was to die for! My husband did the lemon butter, I did the lemon bitter and pesto on the side because I could not make up my mind! Also my waitress was beyond a great waitress very knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely will be coming back soon.

It was a birthday dinner so Bang, Bang was on the menu, got one free and bought one both excellent...dinner was terrific...Justin our waiter great...all in all another enjoyable evening at Bonefish Novi, MI.

It's been a while since I've been here and the staff has changed. Our service was slow, our salads came out 5 minutes apart from each other but that was only after the waiter glanced at our table only seeing one salad. The plating of the food could have been better, since we got salads as a side there was a large empty space on the plate. Honestly in my time waiting there for 25 minutes for a table I saw more people standing around or walking about, not paying much attention to their surroundings.
We'll come back but it won't be anytime soon, at least not to this location.

From the app, to the entree the food simply wasn't good. The firecracker shrimp was a heap of small over cooked, over sauced, cheap breaded shrimp. The corn chowder with lump crab, well about a half of a tablespoon work on the top. The scallops had a bitter almost burnt taste to them. Way to many tables inside. Wasn't a hundred dollar meal (for two), for sure. Wait staff was good however. Not recommended.

First time dining here and it didn’t disappoint. Crab cake appitizer was really good! I also had the rainbow trout while my husband had the salmon, both fresh and good as well. Would come back again in the future.

We took our family to dinner on Christmas Eve. I ordered salmon with potatoes Agrautin and green beans. The food was luke warm and I sent it back to be heated up. My husband ordered the tuna stake. It was a very small piece and came out well done. It is usually served rare or medium rare. The server never asked how he wanted it cooked. The manager randomly came over to the table to ask how everything was. When we let him know about the tuna steak, he apologized and offered to make another one but it was too late because my husband ate it anyway. My son ordered the tuna bowl and it came with only 4 small slices of tuna. When we got the bill they did nothing to compensate for the problems we had with the food. I have always wanted to go to Bone Fish because I love seafood but we will not be returning anytime soon unfortunately.
