It was our first time at this location and we were less than impressed to say the least. After waiting an hour to be sat, which isn’t much of an issue, we waited 15 minutes to get drinks ordered. We only had 2 people in our party. The fresh bread never came out after being told it would be out shortly multiple times. The food took a long time to come out and when it did, we had to send the buffalo chicken sandwich back because it was not very good and was definitely lacking the buffalo somehow? Mashed potatoes were luke warm as well. The cheesecake we ordered also took almost 20 minutes to be brought to us. On top of this, the service itself was below average. Our table was not visited all that often in the nearly 2 hours we were there and our server had a lack of urgency apparently. I would understand the delay if the restaurant were slammed at this time, however it was not. I am not one to knock restaurants like this often, but this was just an unpleasant experience and I will not be returning to this location again.

Its Monday 1/11 at 5:17PM and I Just threw away over $70 dollars worth of items delivered from this location. I spoke to an employee who asked me if i would like to speak to tthe manager and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and after repetitive rings for 5 Minutes the employee hung up on me.
No one would answer the carryout line and the manager would not come to the phone.
We have been to The Cheesecake Factory at that location often and ordered online orders that were great. This time was garbage. The Chicken Sandwich Was cut into bits and looked like it was scooped out of the trash(see image). I didn’t request it to be cut and especially into bits with toothpicks.

We still received the credit back from Door Dash but will not be ordering anytime soon as they apparently have management issues.
We ordered our pizza and it arrived and yet still no answer at Cheesecake Factory.

We always love the excellent quality foods & generous portions. Huge selection & variety of appetizers (always get the Thai lettuce wraps!!), salads, meals, & of course desserts! 3 ¹/² hour wait to dine-in but take-out took only 35 minutes

I went to this restaurant and Alicia I believe she is the hostess. She had a nasty attitude when I walked into the door. It was my nephews bday, I know that we cannot sit together and have to be split apart I asked her if we can sit at two separate tables within the vicinity of the restaurant and she was just rude and the manager acted like she was in charge. My waiter Phil was awesome though.

The ambience was amazing. The Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta was just as spicy as I had desired. Loved the food and would like to go there again to try their desserts.

This place is always busy and a bit hectic. I didn't expect less even during these times. I appreciate that was not as packed and had some social distancing in place. We were able to find seating within a few minutes and had a great server. They do NOT offer reservations. They do have carryout and you can always order cheesecake to go.
Please try the Buffalo Blast and Cheeseburger egg rolls if you are looking for flavor. I normally do a pasta this time Louisiana chicken pasta (may not be the exact name). It is lightly seasoned and barely salted but heats up well. 😉
My favorite cheesecake is Cinnabon. It is deliciously sweet. They offer seasonal favorites pumpkin and peppermint.

terrible place, called hours before arriving and they said first come first serve , drove an hour there and told us they weren’t taking names anymore & sat the people behind us. extremely rude staff as well. would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

The food there especially the cheesecake is spectacular but it's very busy and can make you wait up to 35 minutes for just a slice of cheesecake so unless you make a reservation it will be a long wait.
