Just ate at the chop house for the very first time and loved it! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were so tender we could cut them with a fork. The green beans had an awesome flavor, as well as the mashed potatoes and garnishes that came with the steak.
Trixie was our server and she helped answer all of our questions. She was funny, personable, prompt, and courteous. Trixie was one of the best waitresses I've ever had! Even when the dinner party next to us got a bit loud she was willing to move our table and continue to take care of us throughout the meal.
Overall this is the best steakhouse I've been to in Michigan and everyone in our party agreed! Trixie was amazing and we will ask for her whenever we are at the chophouse. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't save room to try the desserts, they looked so good!
My first time going here last night. Food was off the hook, our waitor hooked us up with some lobster mac and cheese. Made my night. My steak was awesome too. Can't wait to come back to town so I can check this place out again.

I took my girlfriend here to propose to her and we shared a wonderful evening. Our server Josh did an awesome job with making sure that we were taken care of and helped me out big-time by recording the whole proposal for us. She said yes!! We had a few drinks to start and I pretended to ask the server to take our picture since we'd never been to the Novi Chophouse together. That's when I dropped down on my knee to surprise her. After we settled in and she dried her tears of happiness we ordered up the Mushrooms in a mushroom for an appetizer. A nice start to our main course of an 8oz. fillet for each of us and some Sriracha honey brussels. The steaks were cooked perfectly medium with a wonderful char on the outside. Tremendously tender, pure melt in your mouth like butter steak. We were surprised to be offered a free dessert to help us celebrate. We had the crème brûlée trio. Each one of the three different styles were excellent. My favorite was the peppermint with chocolate custard base. We were again surprised with a few complimentary glasses of wine to help us cleanse our pallet before leaving. Thank you SO much Novi Chophouse for making our night and milestone in our lives so delightful.
Ask for Brent! He describes a multitude of dishes in a way that would make the food network proud! I could listen to him describe the food all day. It honestly wouldn't be the same experience without him! Thank you, Brent, for fantastic service! You are a master at your craft!
Steak and service was excellent clean great place to eat a little out of the way to get there the road commission needs to get there crap together but it was well worth it the staff was great especially the young lady with long blonde perm ❤️
Went here for a combined Birthday Dinner. Our service, food & server Anthony was excellent !!!

Dinner with my wife was exceptional. The Beef Wellington was out of the world. The only other thing that came close to the dinner was ther service. Sam our waiter was marvelous. Impeccable service and a personality to match. Excellent evening.

I thought the food and service was excellent! The waiter was very knowledgeable about the entrees served and when asked about something he didn't know he asked the chef. We will eat here again!
