3.5 stars. Food is delicious as always. Unfortunately my order was ready 45 minutes earlier than the time frame I had selected. It wasn't a big deal because I still had to drive 20 minutes home so I was expecting to reheat the food anyways. I got the feast for two (with choice of brisket) and it was shared between 3 adults. They currently offer "to go" parking, but no curbside pickup.
Pre-covid, indoor dining service was generally good. The service for to go ordering was not so good today. I think the take out employee was not having the best day especially because the person in front of me repeatedly asked for extra napkins, extra plates, extra set ups, and extra sauce. By the time it was my turn, the employee was annoyed.

We eat at FD at least twice a month and typically spend $80-120. We recently picked up dinner to find when we got home our 2 slabs were covered with a layer of fat. The general manager and I went back ad forth because I did not keep my recipe and offer to bring the dinners back. He said without the recipe he could not do anything. I did not want my money back but just do the customer service thing and offer to replace the meals. Mark is a jerk and would rather lose a good customers than to replace the meals!

Ordered carryout and had never had Famous Dave’s before. The mac and cheese had corn in it, which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully, I can check the place out in person soon.

This is a favorite around the Novi area, great place for big parties and to enjoy with friends over cocktails and beer, or with the kids and grandparents. Staff is always friendly and their food is great. They have generous portions in their party trays but you can never have enough of their cornbread, so order extras.

Had a great time with the extended family for a birthday dinner. The people at the Novi location were very helpful in taking care of our larger party. The Flint location simply told us that they were unable to help, but the Novi crew found a way. The ribs were excellent as is usually the case. They don't call the place "Famous Daves" for nothing. I would highly recommend paying a visit here to enjoy the best bbq around.

Ive been here many times and the food is hit and miss to say the least. The staff is friendly but I"d like the food to be consistent too. I order slabs or tips mostly. Some of my food is fine while other pieces are overcooked. Once, I made a point to tell them that the corn was overcooked the previous time and I was assured that the issue would be corrected on the new order. This time I received double the amount of mushy corn. Once again, it was not edible. I assumed they were giving me the best service that they offered so I addressed it in my review, this time. I hope they begin to improve what they serve customers on a more consistent basis?

Ordered online. No curb side delivery at this location. They didn't give me my drinks. When mention it they said I didn't buy them. Had to show app that I did. Drinks were to be sealed and were not. Food was Cold by time got home. Had to reheat. Good after reheating. Bread pudding is still the best.

Food is great! The Novi, MI. location switched from potato wedges to regular fries. I miss the wedges. Also, a while ago they stopped selling my favorite side the cinnamon apples. One of the few low calorie, low sodium sides! They would get a 5 star rating if they brought back these two sides.
