The pizza was good with a lot of customization options and for a decent price. The only issue I had with the pizza is it was a bit burnt. I also got the cheese bread which was good but does not look like the picture. I would say overall Blaze is definitely worth the money and it is pretty good.

Really nice place. I come in the morning and either the manager "Tyler" or the manager "Kal" are always really helpful and just in a generally good mood. Kind of sets the day, y'know?

Was very good! LeBron was a smart man to invest in this company. I had the thicker crust with extra sauce. Excellent. Would have again if they had these around Cleveland.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Rude employees!!! The entire place is run by kids who clearly do not want to work and are forced. I felt extremely rushed when placing my orders. The employee did not even acknowledge me. I said please and thank you every single time, but he continued to ignore me. He just threw the toppings out of anger. I requested for clean gloves and that went ignored. I had to repeat myself 3 times only for him to drop what he was doing and forcefully change his gloves. Then, another employee handling my food did not properly wear his mask - his nose was not covered. I have a lot of patience and respect for those preparing my food and taking the time to accommodate my requests, but do not act as if I am burdening you. If I could get behind the counter and do it myself I would!! That is your job. If you’re having a bad day then take a break, do not take it out on the customer. I DO NOT recommend going to this location!!! I will never go back.

I came only for the great experience we had at the blaze near MSU, East Lansing. They were great and provided us yummy pizzas.
But here, The pizza dough was uncooked and so was the grilled chicken. The pizza tasted bad. I am wondering who is running the show here? !

Worst customer service. We ordered online and went to pick up. They said it wasn't ready (15 min after the email said it would be), and that they would make it right away. My fiance then waited another 20 minutes and went back in and they said they accidentally gave our order to someone else and they would make it right away. Another 15 minutes and they had not started it. He talked to the manager, who did not even apologize, and he said they would start on it immediately. Another 15 minutes and they still had not started on our order. We finally asked for a refund which they said they could not do because he did not have my card on him. Still no pizza and no refund. Will not be coming back here. 2nd time this has happened here. Wouldn't even give one star. We normally do not do reviews, but this is ridiculous.
