Since Livonia and Farmington Hills stores abruptly closed recently, this will be our CPK.

mediocre food. applebees quality, and olive garden price. it looked like every other table got great service besides me and my girlfriend. our server came over just to give us our food and drinks. we had to ask a manager for a refill and the server was very monotone and kept saying mhmm. no enthusiasm at all. i feel as if i’m younger i dont get quality service because i’m not expected to tip well for my age. i tip very well if you give great service. but tonight they didn’t even deserve $5.

On multiple occasions I have issues with them forgetting my soup or I will pay a premium for a bowl and somehow manage to get home with a cup. The food is good, but I feel they need to do better at having consistent measurements with soup bowls and ensuring that sides are included in orders

Went on a Friday early afternoon, right around noon. We were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive and was able to answer our questions. I ordered the lunch combo veggie pizza with cauliflower crust and a super spinach quinoa side salad. Everything was super fresh and delicious! Cauliflower crust was crispy and excellent-- couldn't tell any difference and it's 100 less calories than regular pizza dough. Although there is a $1.50 upcharge for that which I don't think is really necessary. I love the fact that the calories are listed next to every menu item. Very helpful if you are watching your caloric intake. Food came out promptly and it was amazing! Very satisfied with the food and experience. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely return again. It's not cheap but the food is high quality so I didn't mind. It was around $18 for my lunch (just water to drink) including a $3 tip.

Inside CPK, there was a person without properly worne mask, and one of the CPK staff folks corrected it - this act of not only doing the right thing, but also strongly encouraging others to do the right thing in public, in the interest of public health is wonderful.

I had a gift card, that's why we went. Sat at the bar, had the lettuce wraps.. it very good.
The bartender on the other hand acted like it was leisure hour. People sat at the far end of the bar, and we're never acknowledged. He even walked by them and made no eye contact. Having experience in the restaurant business, it was so hard to watch.
It's sad to look forward to going out , and being waited on by someone who could care less. I feel like I hit the jackpot when I get a server that enjoys their job, and wants you to experience a cool, relaxing and fun time.
I'm a very good tipper. I know what it's like. He must've been there for his health.
Probably won't go back.

Ordered a dring that didnt list muddled anything, but had mint in it (not listed) bartender should know the menu, and the manager who delivered it should have recognized it was wrong.

Could not get coffee due to water needing to be boiled. But I ordered the Ribeye with Asparagus and Arugula salad, medium on the steak. Excellent meal, the garlic butter on the steak was divine!!!

Best service ever! We sat down a little after 7:00 last night in the middle of rush. About the time we ordered, we realized how long we'd been away from the dogs at home. We asked our server to rush our order and boy, did she! We had salad in just a few minutes and pizza (which we carried out) right behind it. The food was great which is nice, but the service...absolutely excellent! I wish I could remember our server's name so I could give her a shout out. She definitely deserves it.

The only place in Novi I used my debit card to pay for my lunch and then my card was used all over the Detroit area at various restaurants the next week. If you are going to pay by card here I suggest you walk to the counter and watch the transaction or just pay cash. That is what I will do from now on.

Super annoyed craving the BBQ pizza sent my husband there and he came home with a pizza so burnt it stuck to the box �after he had waiting 30 minutes instead of the 15 it was supposed to take. Called and complained they took it off my bill but really doesn't fix the fact that I drove twenty minutes and now no dinner.

My husband and I had the half sandwich,,i had the soup and he the salad. Everything was so tasty. Always enjoy our visit to your restaurant. Friendly people, clean, and food with a flair..not the same old standard sandwich.

I was there this evening and the customer service was less than poor. We were asked if we wanted a table or a booth. We chose the booth. Nobody approached us for our order as we observed all those around us get served. Ten minutes later they seated someone at the table that we passed up. After seeing them get served their beverage and make their order we decided to leave. As we left we told the blond hostess that we were very disappointed with their service. She, merely, smiled and said "I'm sorry...thank you". I informed her that we had seen several tables around us get served and we were unable to get anyone to approach us, she exclaimed again "I'm sorry...thank you". We relayed our observation that they obviously don't care about customer service and she mockingly replied "Thank you, have a good night". It would have, obviously, been better to wait for an opening at the Cheese Cake Factory across the hall.
