The soup and bread were the same, as always. The service (even though we ordered from the self serve kiosk) was actually much better than most these days. The lady at the pick up counter was polite and seemed cheerful.

This is a recently remodeled Panera. The remodel is nice however there are only two registers and several kiosks. I found the trash area to be a complete disaster. There was no place to set my dishes. This was at 2pm on Sunday. I will go back to Panera perhaps a larger one.

Had a large order of 11 items and a coworker that ordered a coffee for pickup. Someone took the coffee from the pickup area but Susan was kind enough to give me a dark roast coffee and help me carry the food to my car. Great customer service

Unfortunately this place usually do a great job but the last few times they missed a few things in my order. This time I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and I didn’t open it until my work lunch break to find I had no chicken in my salad at all. Very disappointing.

I go to Panera all the time all over the country. I love their food, but this particular one has real challenges, and not just today-- out of brioche, no coffee, dirty tables, etc. They need some help I think.

What is going on with the Novi Panera? My last order, they did not include the chicken on my salad. Tonight my bread was crusty and it wasn’t from being toasted. My son’s steak and cheddar sandwich did not have enough steak on it, you could not actually see the meat unless you took apart the bread. I really think you need to replace management at this location.

Don’t order delivery, it takes at least an extra hour from when they say it’s going to be there. The manager did not seem confident in his ability to fix the issue, either.

Normally I am very happy with Panera, not so much today. When I ordered my soup to go I got more then I asked for. I had a bug in my lemon chicken orzo soup. When I called the manager she blew me off.

Been there 3 times the past week. Each and every time there is an error on the bill. EVERY TIME. No complaints about the food. Extra during, extraapple, full sandwich when asking for half.

It will be a special day when Panera gets my order correct through the drive thru. I received the wrong order (completely). When I called to let the manager know. She was so rude and unprofessional. "I know...I know" was what I told. So I'm guessing this location gets a lot of complaints if "I know" is her response to a customer.

Last week I ordered "Steak & Egg" with extra steak. I had to throw it out. The egg was like rubber and had so much pepper & something else.....I started to nauseated. The steak...In the few bites I could bite...I was pulling more grizzle out of my mouth than the steak I could swallow. Your BAKED POTATO SOUP.....was as thick as paste....wallpaper paste.....to top it off.....those potato cubes were NOT BAKED but either steamed or boiled. I don't have money to throw away....Shame on Panera. I thought you had HIGH STANDARDS!!!! ...I don't live that close where I could have just popped in otherwise, I would have....I'm still very, very upset with Panera

I love Panera. I worked there for a year and a half. I was a certified trainer working on becoming a shift supervisor. Never have I EVER been so disgusted with a Panera the way I was disgusted with this one.
1)The girl in the Rust colored hat(the certified trainer hat) tried telling my dad that he couldn't get his cold sandwich pressed on the hot press. Having worked at Panera for as long as I have, I knew that just wasn't true.
2) I ordered the TWO flatbread sandwiches and my mom said she wanted the same thing. She rang us up for ONE flat bread each which is clearly NOT what I asked for. However, the girl on line was very reasonable with me and made me another sandwich for free.
3) The cashier was very cold and unfriendly. She didn't smile at all and seemed annoyed that I knew more than her.
4) the bathrooms were an absolute disaster. It looked like they hadn't mopped the floor in a week, that's how black it was.
5) for the amount of workers that seemed to be in the building at the time, there was no work being done. The place was a mess but everybody was just standing around. That would not have been okay under my watch.
Overall this experience was the worst experience I have ever had at one of my favorite restaurants. I loved being a part of the Panera family but I am disappointed in this specific location. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER tell people to go to this location.
