I came into this boss Boston Market for lunch not expecting anything but left pleased at the customer service and the food.
I was disappointed that the prime rib wasn't available but the food was hot, fresh and well packaged. Had a good variety of deserts which looked interesting from chocolate cookies to a caramel cake with the caramel pooled in the middle.
All in all it was a good experience made better by the pleasant ladies working there in the early afternoon. Despite the poor reviews left by others, I had a pretty good experience. I will be back.

This was by far the worst meal I’ve ever received at Boston Market. I grew up going to the Southfield location and this was the first time trying this location. I was starving and asked my wife to bring dinner.
The chicken was burned for starters. The cornbread was very undercooked. I was very mushy. The spinach and mash potatoes had this spoiled lemon taste to them. It’s almost as if someone poured lemon sauce on them. Very very strange as this never happened before.
I called the store immediately and the phone is purposely off the hook. I tried calling again the next day and the day after that with no success. I’m very disappointed and would like my money back.

I am just going to state NEVER again. This was suppose to be the sliced turkey meal for 4. The turkey was discolored & crumbled. The vegetables seem to be old/rotten but they cooked them anyway.
I wanted to try the Nashville Hot meal. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I thought it was like a dry rub seasoning but instead it seems like someone poured a heavy amount of hot sauce on chicken.

We won't be back, unfortunately. We got there around 6:10, and most of the side bins were empty. The sides you pay a premium for were full. No discount on those even though so many were now sold out, and some would not be filled again until close (close is at 8). Very disinterested workers. We were told they got "wiped out" in the dinner rush. Only one couple was in the restaurant eating, but maybe they had a huge carry out business. My meal came with a drink. The two-choice lemonade machine was only water, and when I tried to tell the employee, I was rudely interrupted with "We KNOW that." When I tried to then get iced tea, all four choices were also only water. Another worker came out and said the machines were new. I asked if any drink dispenser worked. "You can try, I guess." We took our meals home and we've never seen a chicken leg that tiny. About the size of my thumb - the entire leg. So, for the price and the poor attitude of their employees, we won't bother to return.

First of all, I'm not trying to be mean. I just want to give my honest experience. I've been patronizing Boston Market since a very young age. And today was the very worst experience I have ever had in my memory of dining at this franchise. I walk in the store, to place my order and it appears that a person very young is at the register. I can't guess someone's age, but common sense says she was under the legal working age..so I tell her my order and the lady in the rear screams " what does he want"? Then she starts to ask me, so I then have to elevate my voice so she can hear me from the rear. I was there to try the chicken sandwich, she says "We ain't got that no more..I said fine, ok. Ordered a chicken combo. Her attitude came across as if she did not want to be there. So another customer walked in and they immediately begin work on his order, instead finishing mines. While this was going on, the Lady starts talking to people sitting at the dining area, I assume her family or friends, and tells them to close up the restaurant...lock the doors and put a sign on the window, Which I took a picture, but Really? It's 1:30 afternoon on a Saturday. Perhaps the biggest shopping day of the week. Anyway, when I got around to eating the chicken, I could tell that it had been cooked several hours ago, because of how dry it was, and I almost hurt my teeth biting into the wing, and the leg portion of it. Then it made sense because this quality of food is typical of employees who care more about getting off work. I don't know what happened, but this type of service you would expect from Detroit. Not in a well to do economical suburb like Novi. SMH

This store like many other stores in this country. But they are constantly not answering the phone, when we go up they are out of pot pies and many sides. The food quality is suffering and eating after 7 is almost always a poor choice. I loved Boston market, it was somewhere we could go so I could have fresh food . Now he refuses to go get me something, cause they will be out of it. Boost pay, be as conscientious as. You wrte, or these franchises will either and die.

Walked in tonight, Saturday night at 7:20. As soon as I walked in the women working told me how they barely had anything left and were closing soon. Not hello how are you, or nice to see you what could I get for you, then hit me with it. FYI they don’t close until 9. I’ve been going to the location in Novi for years and since covid unfortunately its been steadily going down hill!

Only ones there dining in, food was good, but the mac n cheese was cold, red skins were lukewarm. Chicken at least was hot. Ice machine had only a few cubes.
