I was a very loyal customer to Nothing Bundt Cakes and would constantly make a 45-60 minute drives to pick up some sweets. This experience today was absolutely horrible. I ordered multiple dozens of cupcakes along with mini individual cupcakes. One of the dozens of cupcakes had different flavors and I asked to have it in a separate bag so it doesnât get mixed with the other boxes. However, the lady at the cashier refused to give me a bag and tried selling it to me for 2 dollars. Though it is not about the price, I was extremely shocked and disappointed with the customer service. They tried fitting all my sweets into one paper bag and all I needed was an extra bag for the different box. The manager also came and claimed thatâs âalways been the policyâ and that it is not a charity. Itâs not about the price of the bag but itâs the principle. A large known company like this one canât offer a bag? A dozen of cupcakes is $23 with a bag $25!! Coming from a customer who placed a large order and couldnât get a proper bag, I would recommend you either bring bags with you or choose a different location!

Nice place for sweet treats, if you are in Bundt style cakes/cupcakes. All their cakes can be made into any occasion as they usually have top accessories that can be for graduation or birthday. I have ordered several times from here and have never been let down. They also take order for cute baby shower cupcakes. Everyone loved it.

Disappointing delivery experience. My fiancée was expecting a cake and balloons from a friend. They were delivered to the wrong address. We ended up finding the cake, but the balloons were not there by the time we found the cake.

Tonight I had quite possibly the best cake I've ever eaten in my life. It was dense, moist and full of flavor. I'm not big on white chocolate but, it was AWESOME! Please, please buy your cakes from Nothing Bundt Cake and keep them in business. Awesome!!!!
