The smoothie's are always amazing. I love the fact that I can create my own by adding fruits and supplements, or taking out any ingredient I don't like. I am in this place everyday, sometimes twice and the employees go out of their way to be friendly and offer outstanding service. Customer for life!

When you order the new grilled cheese and get this sloppy, chicken filled, pile of s*it! Dudes making the food were rude af when I asked about the retired smoothies. The girl working was NOT rude, and answered my question. I was at this location at about 1:30pm on 12/01/21. I suggest you have a word with the staff on duty at the time.

I stop at this location on a regular basis for my breakfast. They do a good job making sure that your order is right. The friendly staff adds to the atmosphere as well. A special shout out to Mitchell for being friendly outgoing and courteous. He’s a true testament to professionalism. Thanks again to all y’all for helping to make my days start off right!

I have been drinking kiwi quenchers for the past 10 years of my life and this was definitely the most strangest tasting ones. Island Green was 10/10 but this score is going down because overall order. Maybe it was because I added banana? I’m sure I’ll be back and will edit score if kiwi quencher hits better next time

Everything was rushed, no one cared, but the food was not the worst I've had from tropical smoothie.

I ordered at 7:09am online. The app told me it would be ready at 7:21. I showed up at 7:20. The lights were on but the door was locked. I tried calling but no one answered. I never got my food. I waited 10 minutes. I tried calling for the next 30 minutes. Nobody answer. My app was marked as “completed” sometime later and I was still charged. Edit to add: they made it right the next morning and remade my food.

Inconsistent food and service. Ordered the same meal (sandwich and smoothie) on different days. Different ingredients, prep and taste. Male answered phone and told me no managers on the weekend. Called back. Female answered phone who transferred me to manager. Unfortunately, manager was salty and unhelpful. They have lost a customer.
Given the many customers giving you excruciating details about where this location (and team) are falling short, I'm not going to waste time rearticulating on your contact form. If you really are the owner, spend some time in your place of business or send in mystery shoppers to confirm the feedback multiple customers are giving you. Otherwise, just admit you don't care as long as you're making money.
