The ordering line was short to nonexistent but had to wait a half hour for my coffee. Turns out they accept orders online so coming in you have no idea of the wait. They did not warn us. My 7 year old was with me and dying of thirst. I asked for water for her and the checkout girl, who was doing nothing else, simply added it to the order instead of spending a second to fill her a cup. After a half hour wait, I asked others working there to help with water and they rudely said I have no choice but to wait for my order. So much for service or respect for customers. To top it off, another customer who had no idea what I was asking butted in and accused me of being ungenerous when the workers there were having a hard day. Yeah right. Other coffee places leave water outside for you to self serve. Never again, star sucks!

Today I experienced an encounter with Tyler that no one should have to endure. I was laughing and smiling about an order that was missed and wondering how it got missed. Tyler was obnoxious and had an interrogating demeanor. Questioned if I had a receipt and did I give them my name. I told him my order was before many others and I didn’t get a receipt. He didn’t really give a solution to the problem. I told him he needed to relax and treat people kind. He then got aggressive with his words and literally told me I don’t deserve to be respected. It’s sad because as a hijabi we experience this a lot and sadly I have to report this because I don’t want another woman to experience this. I will say a sweet gentleman (his coworker) made up for his actions and refunded me and still made my drinks. I forgive you Tyler but please take anger management classes and learn some customer service skills. Still, I hope all the best for you.

The two ladies working today on July 16th were very kind!! I wish I knew the names of the tall woman with dark hair in a low bun at the cash register and the short woman with a bun and glasses who made my drink so they can be recognized !! The encounter was very genuine and uplifting

The coffee doesn’t taste like what a Starbucks coffee should taste like. Skip this and go somewhere else if you have an opportunity. How do I know this? I’m a coffee enthusiast. Just had my second coffee of the day. This is my second experience at this location of not getting a good coffee.

So I went today on this location to grab my usual favorite drink and breakfast! I had to order impossible sandwich and mistakenly ordered panini upon my request to cancel panini and add on the impossible this lady kinda freaked out! First of all it’s my choice to get whatever I want not hers secondly they just had to warm a sandwich which doesn’t take too long!Anyway I paid almost 22$ for my drinks and my sandwich and this guy at the window literally threw that sandwich out to me! Didn’t even hand it out! To be honest never had this kind of experience at any Starbucks before! I’m a big fan of Starbucks but what happened today was totally disrespectful! I’m never going to that specific location ever again! To the management I have a humble request to please educate your employees to respect your customers! Highly disappointed

I went here on Tuesday and met a really nice barista you could tell he really liked his job even though they were busy he still laughed and talked to customers with a smile on his face it’s really awesome to see people loving there job his name tag said I am groot I think that’s the best thing I’ve ever seen being such a huge marvel fan I asked his real name because I wanted to leave a review about this place I believe it was ren He gave me a suggestion on a drink made it and it was really good 10 out of 10 would come back !

Considering the current situation that is going on in the world right now, and basically everybody is looking for people to hire, they still do a great job for what they have to work with. Very good with fixing a drink order and making a moment right with a customer, lines can be long and just a bit slow. But if you don't want to wait, mobile order or go to a different starbucks. Simple. Overall keep up the great work guys!
Also people should be actively listening for their orders its hard to hear when you have mall music, masks on and the kiosks has a sneeze guard as well...
