First time at this location. My usual go to is a Dark Chocolate ice cream with strawberries, Brownie bites, Hot Fudge with pecans. Ice cream was great but Service not so much. The guy who took my order was really impatient and rushed me through it though the store was basically empty.
The fact that it's cold stone got it two extra stars. Penny pinchers on portion size compared to other locations.
The ice cream was great! I got Carmel apple and my boyfriend got peanut butter chocolate! It was good for moneys worth, I couldn’t finish mine! It was way to big and filling lol
This ice-cream cake is delicious and light enough.

$20 for 2 waffle cones with one tiny scoop and one add on. Ridiculous. Not to mention very rude staff that stays in the back til you have to get their attention.
Always delicious and super customizable so there will be something for everyone you're with. If you're unsure of an ice cream base flavor you can always ask for a sample so don't be afraid to ask.
I found a thick, coarse black hair in my ice cream. Absolutely disgusting. And overpriced.
