Staff is inadequately trained. Product is over roasted, technique and preparation of drinks isn't great either. Don't waste your time on what could have been a great little shop.

Customer service is phenomenal! They make the best Mocha Ice Storm! Perfect “light” salads & wraps! My favorite “go to” for a quick tasty meal!

If you’re going to pay for great coffee, Ebar is the best around. Friendly staff, excellent pulls of espresso, and better smoothies than tropical smoothie cafe. It’s worth the trip inside the mall👍
Love the coffee and lavender chai. My SIL actually will walk to the Nordstrom's ebar and avoid Starbucks as the quality tastes far better!
This place has the best cold brew of any "chain" I've been to. Ask for cold brew in a blended drink, you won't regret it!
Customer service is great, I recommend the lavender chai latte, however the almond honey latte tastes medicinal.
