This location it’s the best at screwing up your order! Bad attitude, bad service, and always messing up with your orders. I don’t understand why the guys there works if they don’t want to even do it. Bunch of lazy workers, Never coming back again! I paid 30bucks for 2 chalupas and 3 tacos, they missed everything else! As they always do 😒

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. I visited the Beck rd. location for the first time in awhile to get dinner for the family. The staff members inside were absolutely wonderful with service, they were out of a few essential items for tacos. Lettuce, is one thing a Taco need for sure but they were out. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it but I wasn't offered anything instead and still payed full price. When I did get home to eat I was was surprised to see only meat & the smallest amount of cheese on everything. This is now the 3rd time I have been to this location in the last year and the 2nd time they have been out of essential items. I still will eat Taco Bell but will probably not visit this location again.

Assume any one star here is done by a pampered white 30-50 something that thinks honest mistakes made at a minimum wage job is temper-tantrum worthy. Everyone here is always sweet when they don’t have to be, neutral at worst, which is more effort than I’d be willing to give if I had to deal with some of these people in this review section…. Don’t let ‘em get to you, keep up the great work.

Every store has had an off day at some point but I can honestly say without a doubt that I have never once had a bad experience from the Tacobell location! Every person that works here is always so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! This this location will always be my preferred store 🤘🏻🔥❤️🥰

This is seriously bad how far off they're getting from the orders. Five whole tacos are missing... basically more than half the order. This place has NEVER once gotten an order right as long as they've been open..from day 1 they couldn't get their orders right. This is just depressing how even after years there has been no improvement. I'm just fed up with them.. should honestly sue for the gas we've had to waste going back up there it's becoming obscene.

Pulled up the the window to be informed they didn’t have chicken or beef so I asked for steak pulled up to the window to find out they only had enough steak for one of my items a steak quesadilla I got refunded the rest of my meal was very nice and understanding to the shortages got home my quesadilla only had like 4 pieces of steak no quesadilla sauce and the cheese was hardly melted very disappointed in my visit
