Love the food, however, can't go too often because it's expensive and feel like they could care less if you come or not. This visit I tried the Beet Avocado Salad. It was listed as a small plate and was indeed a small plate but I expected more quantity of salad since the price was $11.95. The vegan Cobb salad was a good size but still, $18,95 still seems on the high end for essentially leafy veg and some veg toppings. close to $10 for a sliver of cheesecake? Also, reservations must be made online not over the phone. The website requires account setup/login, which adds hurdles from a user perspective. You get the feeling that you'll be welcomed if you come, but they don't really need your business. Maybe it's just this location but I was disappointed that I had a coupon for free cheesecake, but when I wanted to redeem it at a different location was told it only applies to Chicago or Houston.
Impeccable service and amazing food. Very pleased with our visit! Lots of food and all was delish. The ranch is the BEST ranch I have ever had. I had the beer battered fish tacos and my mom had Korean Chicken. We were both very happy!
To management: our waitress (her head is pictured in the image with my mom) was amazing!! She needs a raise and a trophy. Get on that.
Went to celebrate my twins birthday. Front desk lady was not very friendly but waitress was awesome. Food was all great and of course the best cheesecake. They added Xtra to my kids cheesecake for birthday.
I've frequently come to this Cheesecake Factory location because it's a convenient spot for my friends and myself. This time, we gathered to celebrate two birthdays and reconnect with an old friend. I opted for the Factory salad, subbing shrimp for the chicken, and it was a satisfying choice. The grilled shrimp was flavorful and juicy, although there were a few chicken pieces I had to pick out. My friend enjoyed the shrimp scampi pasta, and we both cleaned our plates. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and checked on us frequently, even though we stayed for about 2 hours, catching up on our lives. For dessert, we indulged in the tiramisu cheesecake, a delightful combination of my two favorites. It was a birthday treat on the house, thanks to the cheesecake rewards program. I highly recommend trying the Tiramisu cheesecake on your next visit!

First off we started with a few drinks and an app of the dynamite shrimp which was a very small portion. French dip burger and BBQ smoke house burger were great. My fiancé ordered a salad which she loved. All and all we had Mary as a server who was just amazing!
We had reservations and got our seat when we arrived but we got seated in a small section and literally almost next to the next family. Make sure you show up real early to find parking! Food was OK not as good as they hype it up. The cheesecake on the other hand was delicious! We had the Ultimate red velvet and the Tiramisu.
This is my second time going to a Cheesecake Factory, but the first for my friend who was with me. As usual, the whole experience was top tier. Our server was lovely, the food was excellent and the atmosphere is their unique mix of odd, yet fun and pleasant.
Don't come here expecting to do much for the rest of your evening because you will be full beyond full, but this place is great.
I have been to this location several times, but today's experience was the best I have received. Our server, Ellen, was the best server I have ever encountered at any establishment ever. She was attentive, but didn't hover our group of 5. She highlighted the specials and cheesecakes in a way that made the food even more appetizing. Additionally, The Cheesecake Factory's menu is notoriously expansive, Ellen effortlessly noted page numbers of the items we had questions about and cited where we could find them. She made our lunch even more enjoyable!
Always great food. Service was spot on, never had to wait for anything. Wish I remembered pir servers name, she was great. Mashed potatoes are amazing, with any dish. Orange peach drink is their best. Ordered 6 different cheesecake slices, just to die for. Oreo and Godiva was amazing. If I could give one suggestion, the booths are not very comfortable, seats need some cushion.

I know it's hip to look down on chain restaurants, but my family just finished one of the best meals we have ever had at the Cheesecake Factory in Oakbrook. Our server, Grace, was so pleasant, helpful, and attentive and really went above and beyond.
The food was fresh, delicious, prepared with care, and so plentiful! I had the chicken Bellagio, which was out of this world, and someone in our party of 5 got the orange chicken, which was also just delicious.
I snuck a peek at the kitchen, and it's 25 or so people working a feverish pace, chef's toques bobbing as they plate and arrange. This is most definitely not a pop-it-in-the micro kinda place. They were all working hard, but also seeming to really enjoy what they were doing.
The fried cheese appetizer, other than being a little on the small side, was so fresh and delicious - this was not your garden variety mozzarella sticks. I would put this up against any sort of mozzarelline fritte at a high-end Italian eatery - it was that good. I am fairly certain I will be dreaming about it tonight.
My 12-year-old son and I share the same birthday and the staff made sure we had a wonderful pre-birthday dinner.
Thanks to all for a lovely meal and wonderful time sharing great food with family - we will return and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Upon entering we were seated right away the menus were introduced and the server left but not before expressing kind words. 🤩 the food was brought right away after we ordered maybe like 15 - 20 min. Everything was delicious the chicken was moist & the meals where nice portions. Over all the restaurant is beautiful filled with interesting images. If you have nothing to talk about you can definitely talk about the art work and old world feel. Over all I can see my self coming back next time for actual cheesecake
