Delicious food. I had the enchiladas with Pancho Villa sauce had a good kick. My wife had fiesta mole each sauce had its own unique flavor not spicy but very good. This is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet.
Chef Paco was delightful and "Oh my God" amazing!! 😁 He was so kind, funny, and gracious. The food was exquisite and even though the restaurant was full our party felt intimate and special.
What can I say about the fabulous "oh my god" chef Paco!!! Well, he makes the experience absolutely PERFECT!! He is so passionate about his magical creations that melt in your mouth!! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and it was pure perfection from our jalapeno margaritas to enchilada samplers and everything thing in between!!
Not your average taco and burrito joint. Shift Paco will come by and to share specialties and standards - like his delicious homemade Fiesta moles. Oh my God. They change, but we had Poblano, Green Pipian, Hazelnut, White Mole, Chocolate and Zucchini Blossoms.
The Tampiqueña was quite good and the Stuffed Portobello with Cascabel peppers sauce actually was Oh my God good.
This restaurant should be in the bib gourmand list. I think it's just because it's not technically in Chicago. But the quality of food, the taste, the presentation, and the attention you get is really up there. The Jamaica margarita is top 3 cocktails I've ever tasted. The chocolate mole is exquisite. Overall all the food is great. I would just say the desserts are not really their forte, but the presentation is really good.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The chef himself comes out to take your order and tell you about the menu. Our food was beyond fantastic. We had the queso fundido appetizer. I had the Al Pastor tacos. My husband had the Fiesta Mole.
Best food ever. I don't think I've tasted anything as incredible as what they prepared for us. The chef had an incredible presentation before we ordered and made the whole experience unforgettable. The food was the best I've had and the service changed my definition of what a "5 star" establishment is. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time and amazing food.
