Located in a very busy shopping center at the corner of Commercial blvd and Dixie Highway. Very nice Italian restaurant. I ordered the pizza for take-out. It was very good.

Looking for a great slice? This is it! We love this pizza and order a couple of times a month to have food delivered. Tonight the order arrived but it wasn't quite right. The delivery driver was very kind and assured me it would be fixed right away. I called the store spoke to a very nice man and he assured me the right pizza would be to me asap. He apologized and too ownership of the error. True to their word my pizza was right, hot, fresh and delicious! I think it is so important to keep in mind that mistakes can happen, but the way an establishment handles the issue says so much about the staff and management team. This team is great! They were apologetic, fixed the issue and followed up with me to make sure I had what I needed. Thanks for another great experience and another fantastic dinner.

I don't rate restaurants often. This place more than deserved it. Great service and it's obvious that the owner designed the most delicious of menu items. Don't miss their garlic rolls, their sausage and pastas. Pizza wa very very tasty too. Things were fresh and quick. Loved their baked pasta. Its fairly convenient to find. Keep up the good work.

I can't say anything bad about this place. The food is delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, and they always give my son a free ice cream card if he finishes their coloring sheet. They also have the option for parties in their party room where the kids can make their own pizzas. My son wants to do that this year. I would most definitely rather get pizza from here instead of a place like dominos or the hut. It's a few bucks more but the quality is so much better. I'm glad this place is close to home.

We order take out from The Garlic Knot regularly but I've never taken the time to review them until now because we recently used their catering service for the night before our wedding dinner. We had decided to have our dinner in a suite in the hotel our guests were staying at so we could turn it into a trivia night. Neither my husband nor myself are Floridians, so all of our guests were here from out of town and most, native New Yorkers. I'm not talking rural upstate New York, I'm talking straight out of Brooklyn. We couldn't serve them less than par pizza. Our guests loved the food, which says a lot coming from New Yorkers, and our order was ready to go, despite being very large, perfectly on time and hot and delicious despite US being late to pick it up. There was some sort of mix up with my bank, we'd paid for the food well in advance but for some reason, Wells Fargo reversed the charge. The Garlic Knot called me while I was on my honeymoon to find out if they could run the card again, which of course I agreed to, having eaten the food already, but when they found out we were on our honeymoon, they offered to wait until we returned so as not to take up our time. However, we paid on the spot because service that good should not be unpaid. But the fact that they offered, trusting us to come in and pay when we returned was very kind and very atypical of the world we currently live in. We are customers for life....well....as long as we're in Florida.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!! I ordered the chicken cutlet parmigian and it was dry and flavorless. The bread was tough and rubbery . I also ordered a slice of pizza which was actually very good 👍🏾 However, it was cold upon arrival. When I called the manager and expressed my concerns about the food he said to me "There is nothing I can do for you ". This food is not fresh food!!! The service was horrendous and I'm extremely displeased with the service I was given. The food could be much better. I would not recommend this place again due to the poor customer service skills and the establishments inability to simply please there customers.
