The food was good, but they have quite a few new servers, and being new, looked a little overwhelmed. The after church crowd was still eating and it was packed, so service was a little slow. The worst service in my life. waited 40 minutes to be seated. no one came by to take are order or drink order. ask on 2 different occasions for someone to take are order, saw 3 people standing around at the cash register. asked a 3rd time for service. 10 minutes later someone finally came around. or
I'm from Jersey... it's a foregone conclusion that New York style pizza is what I enjoy. Having said that, the pizza was pretty good. The menu provided a healthy selection of food from pizza to steak.

Our server needs more training. Did not write order down so had to ask us 3 times. Would forget to bring items requested - extra napkins, to go box, etc. Saw it happen to other customers too.
Usually service is good but today it was awful! Took 30 minutes to get a table cleaned off and another 30 minutes to get drink order taken. Buffet was very low on food entire time we were there. Didn't appear to have a manager on duty. We noticed all employees were kids. Where were the adults?
