You have to check your bag before you leave the drive thru. They will forget an item that you paid for 100% of the time. It think this is a post pandemic thing because this didn't really happen before. I imagine this franchise owner doesn't pay workers well and can't keep good help around.
Food is decent, but can never tell the hours of the dinning room. Stop in 1 morning at 6 30am they are open, the next day at 7 00 am, they are closed with the drive thru backed out into the road. Some people don't have 30 mins to sit in the drive thru when they could just walk right in and get it. A
All the lines were busy at the surrounding places, and Hardee’s made the most fresh & delicious meal for me. The customer service was amazing too! Only thing is they forgot my sauce :( still 5 stars!
I stop here regularly. The breakfast biscuits are the best fast-food biscuits around. The burgers are monsters! The Frisco burger is what I stop here for mostly. The fries are ok, but I've started getting the onion rings now...much better!
Employee stated they did not have an advertised product but another one said they had it. Then the same empoyee couldn't count out my change. Had to be helped.
Not everything on website was sold at this location. Food was still good though and quickly delivered to the window.
Great service. Burger was terrible. Looked like it had half a bottle of catsup and the meat was not totally cooked. Asked for extra bacon got a single strip. Will stick with the chicken sandwiches.
The ultimate Biscut was way to salty..other than that it was ok
