Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby’s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major health hazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately,

This location gets worse every time. They make Mobil orders wait in line with regular orders which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I get when it’s super busy it’s hard, but even when they have the time workers not on register would rather joke around with each other then take 2 seconds to ask
It's a well run Zaxby's, they stay busy but keep things moving at a decent pace. Missing a star because the bathroom had no soap. Like the empty bottle had been removed from the automatic dispenser but had not been replaced.
