This was the best Chipotle experience that I have had in months. In that time, I've eaten at six different locations (that I can remember), and this location here was speedy, friendly, clean, and busy. The current management at this specific location is doing things the right way.

I placed a pickup order for 5 bowls and this is how I received my food. Very convenient that no one is answering the phone now. I went back and showed the bowl and was told they are working on their portions and was made another bowl and given chips... the replacement bowl was made exactly the same

This Groveport location is the best one for me. Their food is seasoned and prepped right for my taste.

We had an emergency stop here due to a sick dog as we were passing through town and I thought Chipotle would be a good place to clean ourselves up and grab some water for the dogs because you can always count on a Chipotle to be clean and well-appointed. The sweet manager saw us cleaning up the dogs
