Normally super fast response times, however I ordered a sandwich this past Saturday and when my sandwich hadn’t arrived 35 minutes later I called to make sure that they had received my order. I was informed by an employee that they only had one driver on and she is doing the best she can. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and acted like it wasn’t her problem. However the driver was super nice when she got here and my sandwich was good as always.
I eat here at least twice a week since they opened and only one time have I had a complaint (didn't ask for jalapeno s) from the time I enter the store, and Walk out , is never more than 1 minute. Seriously. Freaking fast.The rolls are a little crusty on the outside but it's the style of bread not stale. They bake it fresh right there. I have not been back to Subway since my first visit to this Jimmy John's. try the gargantuan for a real treat.its my favorite. I can't understand anyone giving this place a bad review, honestly. They must be one of those people you can never satisfy.
BTW,. The meats they use are excellent, I promise.also best tomatoes ever. I want to know where they get them.
I'm always impressed with a smiling faces behind the counter ready to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I'm always satisfied with the quality of "freaky fast" food that I receive from this location. This is the best place to go if you are in a rush and don't have time to wait.
From the moment a coworker introduced me to these sandwiches I have not enjoyed eating any others. I absolutely love the simplicity of these subs. Don't get the wording wrong, there is plenty of variety here for all tastebuds. I'm mainly referring to the lack of the unnecessary bells and whistles from places like subway. The sandwiches here actually look like ones and dont have all their inner fillings basically laying all over outside the bun, nor do they look like someone has stepped on them and they dont get soggy after an hour either. Very delicious and great place to eat.
I had the pleasure of trying this sub shop last night. The staff were very friendly, greeted me at the door, and didn't rush me to make my sandwich decision. I ordered a BLT and it was fantastic! I had never been to a JJ's and I will definitely go back to the one back home. I gave it 4 stars bc I didn't like that I couldn't see the toppings. I asked for extra mayo and hot peppers and I did get them, however I was at their mercy bc I wasn't able to physically SEE them make my sandwich. Thank goodness it was made perfectly.
Outstanding sandwich shop, terrific food for an excellent price. Great bread for the sandwiches, and they sell "day-old" bread for $.50 which tastes great after mikin' it for a few seconds. Better value than Jersey Mike's imho.
Always a pleasant experience. Food is fresh and tastes delicious! Try to get there as often as we can!

Jimmy John's is the best sandwich in Ocala. Quick and easy, and the employees are prompt and professional.

A little pricey but extremely clean food is through the roof good, very friendly and efficient staff they also deliver fast fast fast!
