Zaxby's is so underrated. Their prices and chicken is way better than Chick-fil-A in my opinion. Too bad they too use MSG in their food. The management at this location is wonderful. Helped solve an online order issue. Food came out hot and fresh!
Very clean and nice place. The staff was amazing. Very fun and nice people. The food was fast and very fresh. I like zaxbys but this location will be my new favorite location because of the staff that took our order today. Thanks for hiring good employees and making fresh food.
Have visited this location numerous times and the service has always been good. Good food choices and friendly staff. Will visit again and definitely recommend to others.

Went through drive in. Chicken sandwich very good. Their salads are even better than the sandwich.
This place was clean and the Employees were very nice and friendly. Food was fresh and hot had everything we ordered. Free parking and handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building.The Zac Snack is good.
My chicken is always hot and ready. My fries are sometimes called, which stinks, but the chicken is always cook to order! Love that!
2nd location in Ocala Florida I've tried...both places food was nice and hot and fresh..very helpful staff with my promo codes..all around both places were great.

I stopped at Zaxby’s hoping to find something to eat with no bread or flour. They did not have it on the menu but they grilled 10 chicken finders for me. I also order a bottle of water which they did not have. They charged me 2.59 for a cup of water, outrageous! Anyway since they were so nice about grilling the fingers I let that one go. I had to wipe off a table and bench in the dining room. I also heard other guest complaining about the bathrooms and the dirty tables.
