The best Golden Corral I've EVER been too. The food was fresh and awesome!! Our server, Connie, was great! We had brisket, steak, chicken, pot roast, grief ravioli, black eye peas, cabbage, mash potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts, nav and cheese!! And the chess pie...OMG!!
The food was great (except for the stringy pot roast), especially the fried and popcorn shrimp! And, of course, the desserts were the best! Our waitress, Shelby, was exceptional at cleaning our table and seeing to any other needs we might have had.

I've gone to every Golden Coral in the state of Florida. This is the only one that consistently puts out hot, fresh food every time. They have a little less of a selection than others, but I will always go for delicious, new food over a variety of old food. Also, the staff is awesome, especially Jason--a sever there. He made my daughters birthday special today. I got off late from work, and took her to Golden Coral, her favorite restaurant. This place is conveniently, quick and delicious.
Overall, the staff works hard to keep that quality of service and great food. I hope the owners know that and make sure to continue to support their staff and care about them. When people are cared about, they keep producing good outcomes for everyone involved. <3 the service here! ... Will be back (for the 16th time)! :P

WOW! In Ocala tonight, we stopped in at Golden Corral 7:45 pm, food bars were fully stocked with the aroma of delicious food, their new special is grilled sirloin, out of this world.
JJ was the grillside cook over the steak grill. VERY very courteous, the sirloin tonight out of this world delicious.
Jerrel Cook, Exceptional Customer Service, station stocked, the mashed potatoes awesome, the brown Gravy omg, fried okra cooked to perfection.
Cheryl our Cashier personifies Customer Service. Thank you for our warm greeting. We definitely started our evening Happy.
Now you gotta meet Mercedes our server. Phenomenal people person, handled her section seamlessly with everyone's demands, professionalism is off the charts.
The staff is flawless, the cohesiveness within the team is quite impressive.
Thank you everyone for an excellent dining experience, really means the world to enjoy a meal in a new town with incredible deliciousness.

The food was 100% better than our previous visit. The steak and prime rib were cooked as we requested. The shrimp had a great flavor and nice crunch. All the side dishes we tried were hot and well seasoned. Of course, not every item was perfect, but what a wonderful improvement to experience 😁
I enjoy eating at this restaurant when in Ocala. Nice selection of items, great service, very friendly staff. Reasonable price when you consider the coffee is included in the meal price and, of course, all you care to eat. I always have water instead of soda, which would make it expensive. They have a takeout as well if you are in a rush.
10/23 Golden Corral of Ocala,FL. 18 of us sat met for breakfast on the Sunday. Excellent experience, absolutely best server (Lina) took great care of us. She was all about keeping up with our needs. Also a shout out to Jennifer who worked the omelet station. She made me the best omelet I’ve ever had. All around the food was good and plenty to be eaten by all. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking and buffet area was pretty clean. Good stop for cheap!!
I'd recommend this. It's clean. Food was good and there's a large assortment to choose from. Our waitress was excellent. We sat in the middle portion of the restaurant, which we won't do again as we had a constant stream of people walking by: Sometimes at a standstill.
The waiter was great. The food was pretty good. BUT I picked up about 5 or 6 plates/bowls that were supposed to be clean, but had dried food on them. So gross. Also the restroom stinks really bad and my feet stuck to the floor. Golden Corral get it together!

I've been in this place at least once a month for 5-6 years now, and the guy at the grill ALWAYS has a smile for me and gives me just the right steak. Tonight, it seemed like a younger employee was manning the grill, and my favorite grill guy was filling trays of food. Still, the other guy walked away and my favorite slid into the grill spot and hooked me up,like always. I've eaten at Golden Corrals all over the US, but this one not only tops them, it has my loyalty in patronage. I do miss the chocolate pie,though.
Decided to go back to Golden Coral. We got there a little after 11am. Server waiting on tables was Nice and kept our Tea Glasses full. Food was fresh and good. Salad bar was fresh, and had lots of fresh fruit! I got the fried fish and shrimp and it was delicious. I also got cooked cabbage, brussel sprouts, okra, and the mashed potatoes. Cabbage tasted nice, and the other veggies were delicious too.
For dessert I chose to eat the fresh fruit,( strawberries, grapes, and watermelon). I even got a small salad because it look so fresh and delicious.
Bathroom was Clean and plenty of Soap. It was nice to see more improvements in a restaurant, and that's why I am changing my rating to Five stars.
The staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty. Place is clean and neat. The price is unbeatable for what you get. We go there at least once a week and even got my sister and friends hooked on the place. Very satisfied. Thanks.

Great place to eat. Employees are nice and friendly and have a great atmosphere. It has a variety of foods, desserts, snacks, and a wonderful salad bar to choose from. My meal usually consist of a hot piece of fried chicken leg and thigh, one piece of fried fish, a spoon of mash potatoes with gravy, bake mac&cheese, some kind of sautéed chicken over white rice, string beans, there are other hot vegetables to choose from as well. After eating a spoon full of all that I end with a wonderful salad from the salad bar without meat from the salad bar because the salad bar foods are very fresh I just got to get a taste of a fresh salad before leaving. The steak is hot off the grill cooked to your preference and not to forget the meatloaf, which is delicious too. I usually have no room for neither, however my family enjoys them. There are so many desserts to choose from that my family enjoys the cakes, pies, cookies, and sometimes cotton candy yum. 😋 delicious!! I can go on forever about all the different foods to choose from! 5 stars. Well, if there were ten, I would give it a 10 star!
My experience at this Golden corral was one of the best I've had ever in any Golden corral I don't know who they got cooking but you could tell that the love came through the food. Everything was perfect salad bar the burgers the chicken the fish, and everything was good and hot. Met a lot of good people there as well friend of mine saw several people he knew and was able to reconnect with. So overall my experience with your restaurant was a pleasant one to say the least. I want to thank you for the great customer service that was provided. Down to the cashier down to the servers. May God continue to bless your establishment. Came in for a quick salad. So good as always.
