I love this McDonald's! The staff are respectful and polite and get their jobs done. The food is always made to order and is always hot when you get it. They own their mistakes and make them right. Keep up the Great Work!!!
Very clean here. Worker's were the most friendly people I've ever met in the food industry. My sandwich was supposed to be no egg, but I eneded up with double egg and no cheese. However the food was seasoned perfectly, and the meat was very fresh and juicy. Highly recommend this place.
This McDonald’s have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD. We were greeted upon our arrival with smiles. Each employee made us feel welcomed. They even Came to our table to check if we needed any refills. OUT OF 40 years of my life, this was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had….

The McDonald’s experience here was great. I ordered through their kiosk. The food tasted good with the exception of they let me leave without grabbing my soda 😱. Didn’t even realize it till I got down the road. Service was very good
This is one of the cleanest McDonald's in the Ocala area. I highly recommend, the service is fast and efficient in the food has always been hot and fresh.

Not really liking the Self order stations. When you ask the staff a question, they look at you like a deer in the headlight.
I used the drive-thru and was greeted politely, the cashier spoke clearly, and the food was handled quickly. Every employee I have dealt with on this visit and in the past has been polite. It is a pleasure to visit this location.... which reflects good management. Good job everyone!!!!
Newly remodeled to fit the order kiosks. One live cashier. Kitchen is busy and orders are on time. New decor makes it look like an H.R. office.
Nice McDonald's. The service was nice the food was good and they got the order correct the first time. Store was clean and refreshing.
Excellent team in pace. Welcoming, efficient, and clean. This team sets the bar for what a experience should look like. Unfortunately this was a one off team amongst a bunch of poor service, filthy, and rude locations.
