My rainy day was turned upside down when I stopped by Cathy’s with my egg sandwich to have some donuts under the umbrellas outside. The staff is super friendly, service is quick, and the donuts are always warm and tasty! I highly recommend Cathy’s!
Probably the best creme filled donut I've ever had.
The consistency of all their donuts is amazing. They are like soft pillows. Like, that dream were you end up eating a cloud but you're really eating your pillow? it's like that. Only it's really a donut. And it is a utterly and amazingly delicious
If people are willing to wait in a long line that must tell you something about this place. 1st the sticky buns were the best In OC they were delicious. Donuts were amazing and that big cinnamon thing was delicious... Just go you won't be disappointed.
We got to Cathy's shortly before they opened on Sunday and waited in line for a few minutes (they only let 2 groups in the store at once). Definitely worth the wait!

5 stars for the doughnuts! Not those cakey, candied up ones they have at the other bakeries-classic chocolate rings, glazed etc. that will melt in your mouth!! Sticky buns only on Sundays unfortunately-we will be back!
Although I am not a fan of sugar doughnuts, I know someone who is and she says these are the best to have while visiting Ocean City New Jersey!! We have a tradition of leaving the island and stopping on our way out to pick up some doughnuts. Saving the very best for last?
I tried several bakeries cream filled powdered donuts including Wards, Dot’s and Nauti donuts. Cathy’s is by far the best cream filled donut I’ve ever had. The ratio of cream to donut is perfect, the cream is light, not too sweet and the donut is soft and delicious! Best cream donut ever!
Cream donuts are unbelievable. They can't make them fast enough. Had to wait for them to make more but it was worth it!!

It is a cool place that many locals love. It's renowned for it's yeast donuts, so if you want a great donut, come here. All my friends swear Cathy's is the best for donuts, but I personally like Fractured Prune's cake donuts better. But if you want a yeast donut, then Cathy's is definitely amazing.
