We tried this place for the first time a couple days ago. We fell in love with the old school feel of the shop. The hoagie and cheesesteak we ordered were absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend!! The deli meats they sell are so fresh as well!

This place is a nice corner store for some good hoagies, and other essentials you might need like eggs, cheese, bread, or even breakfast meats
Just remember to bring cash and a resusable bag they do have an atm outside if you need to get cash out

My mom and I had the best cheesesteaks we’ve ever had from Berenato’s! If you’re in OC, make this your first stop! The quality of the steak with the perfect amount of cheese and a fresh roll is everything you could ever want in a cheesesteak. Major props to the chef!!! We will absolutely be regular

My family used to visit Ocean City every year to see my great grandmother, and Berenato's was our favorite place to eat- we would get lunch here almost every day of our visit. The Italian and the Philly Cheesesteak are absolutely amazing, and the family who runs this place is the most amazing bunch
Must visit every time we come to Ocean City. We also get a hoagie for the car ride home. Old school deli, what I remember growing up in South Jersey in the 60’s.
Best hoagies around. I love their chicken salad sub and pickle! Their tomato slices are also on point. My husband loves their Italian sub. We always eat lunch here when in town. They also have reasonable prices on items you might need for toiletries or the pantry.
