Delicious sesame bagel sandwich which would be better if it was cut in halves like a normal sandwich
Grumpy lady at pick up who first decided to ignore my request for butter ...a smile and speaking kindly to your customers is important ...asking me if I paid for butter when I paid for an egg and CHEESE and didn't get cheese...your attitude really stinks and talking to your employees in a mean way in front of customers also isn't nice ...I offered to pay for butter at the register...and was told to ask you instead
Kindness goes a long way ...whether you are busy or not ...simple etiquette and communication instead of just huffing and walking away ...

Person up front could not understand English. I asked for sesame bagel with cream cheese.(said it 5 Times). I got a sausage egg and cheese with plain bagel. My chia latte was watery with a big brown floating lump. On sip and I threw it out. Very disappointed.

This is a combo store with a Baskin Robbins. The employees are always friendly and the shakes are great but the donuts always look like some sort of living fossils. Just old and unappealing.

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve ordered a Vanilla Headlight doughnut and it is supposed to be filled. That is a white cream filled doughnut covered in chocolate with a white dollop on top. Once again today, get home and no filling in the doughnut. Disappointing because the white cream is the reason I buy it.

This is my Go to every morning, every day place. I love my girls that are diligently working at 4 am. And my cook, I call him Friend but he has the warmest smile behind that mask. So i went in ordered an iced latte and yet again it was nothing but milk. The guy that made it absolutely hates his job not sure of his name on the receipt it says Natalia but I know he is not her. Went back to the register to get another dbl shot to put in and he had an even bigger attitude that I told him it was wrong. I wasn't asking for anything free I just simply wanted him to know that it was wrong and if I paid for an extra shot it should be in there not have to go buy a double shot to put it in myself. Absolutely ridiculous.
