If you haven't eaten here or picked up food from this place, you are doing yourself a disservice!!! Some of the freshest and tastiest foods I've eaten in a long time!!! So worth it!!! The place is super clean and staff is super friendly!! Def recommend you going soon!! #yummy

I have family living in Greece, I've traveled over many times and lived there for a summer. This place is like going back there every time I step through the door. There is no better Greek food anywhere in the area. Love the food, the family who run it and highly recommend it!!
As you may see by my last name, I know a little bit about these things. The Avgolemono (Lemon Chicken Soup) Is absolutely amazing. It is the best I have ever had in my life. This includes four years that I lived in Greece. The chicken souvlaki is seasoned perfectly. I cannot say enough about this place. I am so glad that it is small and not some bigger outfit. Yes, it may take longer to wait for your order, but it is worth it. The pricing is right on target, and the platters are a bargain and will keep you full for two days!!! I hope this place sticks around for many years to come.
Was packed so I recommend going during non lunch dinner rush hours. Food was delish! Friendly staff, and fair prices. You are given so much food!! Love this place.

I am Greek and grew up in a traditional Greek family owned bakery. This place is authentic with the freshest ingredients. Today we tried the chicken and pork souvlaki, Greek salad and the chicken platter. So many well blended flavors that make you lick your chops. Will go back during the week for the lentil soup and try the beef and orzo.

Unbelievably delicious food with quaint and clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Not a bad thing to say. I swear we ordered practically the whole menu and every dish was perfection!

Ordered take out last night for the first time - I don't know what took me so long. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. I went with the beef and lamb gyro platter, my friend had a Greek salad.. we shared all and had plenty left over. I cannot wait to try the rest of their Greek Specialties - it smelled so good in there. Quick friendly service. This will be my go to when I don't feel like cooking.

Unfortunately, it was bound to happen. We’ve been patrons of the Greek Spot for many years. We love their food. Last night was the first bad experience we’ve had. We ordered our food, including our favorite, lemon chicken, for takeout. We were so surprised, and disappointed, that the chicken was dry and overcook. Every other time we’ve ordered it it’s been delicious. Not sure what happened (maybe they have a new cook…or maybe the chicken had been sitting under a warmer for too long). Despite the disappointment I still give them a five star rating because their food is really very good. Authentic Greek food, friendly staff, excellent service, good prices.
This place is delicious and quick. We have ordered twice this week for work. Happy with everything though we were a little concerned that maybe there's weekend pricing and serving sizes compared to weekday prices. Tried to research on the website and there were some differences. More to come with that later.
Still though, amazing tatziki, delicious meats that are flavorful and large portions.
Food here is excellent, great portions, priced well. The staff is always friendly when placing order and picking up. I love their sit down restaurant in Red Bank also. I always recommend others to try either Greek Spot locations. We always order the lamb gyro, lemon chicken, lamb shank, and pastichio!
Food was great. We ordered the Gyro Pita and a chicken souvlaki platter. Also ordered the cold appetizer of Hummus. Next time I will need to order a side of pita with the amount of hummus I was given. All the food was tasty and prepared fresh.
My husband and I can't stop ordering food from The Greek Spot. The staff is absolutely lovely and the food is mouthwatering. So far we have tried the souvlaki, moussaka, pastitsio, lamb gyro, grape leaves, lemon chicken soup, and falafel. All 10./10. We were just in Greece in October and the food here is so authentic—they even have a little market for imported goods! Price is great considering they give you SO much food; enough for leftovers for another meal. I recommend eating at the restaurant if you have the time to enjoy the local, down-to-earth feel.
I was in the area and in the mood for some chicken souvlaki and found this place on Google maps. I've had a million chicken souvlaki and I'm pretty sure this is my favorite. I had the spicy feta and a side of hot sauce for something different and it was incredible. The people were very nice and the food came out quick. The only problem I have is that I live two hours away.
