Usually this Wendy's is decent. I Door Dashed my order and got my burger without a bun. My orders are usually correct but not always Now I only eat there if I can dine in so my order can be corrected if needed.
Long line but it moved quickly. I used the app to 0lace my order while I was in the drive thru line. Only complaint is that there should be a no ice option on the app when ordering a drink. Other than that smooth transaction. Nice folks work there. A+
Our burgers were cold, staff was overwhelmed, only 1 person on register, at 12:15 pm on a Saturday. Drive thru wrapped around building so we went in for our order thinking it might be quicker, not at all! I gave it 3 stars because I think if the leardership was better, it would of been better. Got in drive thru at 10:15, 5 cars there and 2 cars pulled to the side waiting. Waited until 10:50 for food!! Only ordered one breakfast sandwich and one meal! Would have much rather the manager say sorry if you do order it’s gonna be 20 minutes or stop taking orders until they catch up!!! I did not
Came home ONLY to see that my large fries were old and literally empty. I ordered a bourbon bacon and the condiments are missing? What sort of rubbish is this??? I won't EVER come here ! NONSENSE !!
This place is trash. I’m also tired of them turning off the frosty machine early like that’s not one of the top sellers. Customer service is unacceptable, like they would rather me not be there. Went through the drive thru the guy asked for my order and told me to hold on 3 times. He then asked me what I ordered when I got to the window.I Order a double stack 4.44 meal. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich.
