Great deli. They make great egg sandwiches. I ordered a 6 foot Italian hero over summer and everyone at party loved it. Breaded Chicken cutlets are off the hook.

Love farmer Joel's! have been a customer since 1990! they make such great sandwiches and i can tell you that the rolls and hero's are excellent quality. they make such good salads. I also LOVE and often get their fried eggplant ! everyone that works there is SO SO nice. they always aim to please. they do have a place to sit down with your food outside in front of the store. hopefully some day they will make a little place to eat your food on the inside. thanks for the memories farmer J's!
Fresh fruit and veggies for sale, gourmet sandwiches, and bodega prices. What's not to like? Really awesome hidden gem in Oceanside -- been a few times each time with higher expectations and it always delivers. In a town crowded with delis, this one still manages to stand out.

I love this place, ive been coming here for the past 40 years. Mike and Joanie are awesome. This place is always busy so if you like fresh food that turns over product fast then this is the place for you. Best deli/market around.
