Waitress was great. Food was okay. Salsa was ultra hot with no other options and lacked flavor. Lacking salt in food. Last time was so much better. Burritos are $14 and you can make your own but they also got that wrong. Maybe they were just having an off day, but won’t be back. Too expensive to take chances.

Their fish tacos! Wow! After the first bite, said to myself, "this is definitely one of the best, if not, the best fish tacos I've had." The quality of the fish and batter just set themselves apart from the other fish tacos I've had. Definitely coming back. Quick and friendly service too.

My husband and I are visiting from GA and this was on our top list of places to eat once we got off the plane. Johnny was our server and he went above and beyond. He provided great drink and taco recommendations, plus ensured our order was specific to my dietary needs. The drinks were great but the food was even better! Added a few photos. We are big foodies and recommend this place 10/10.

The Seafood Burrito is my go to! Followed by smoked fish tacos! Micheladas are the bomb!

One of my worst experiences ever, 4 tiny tacos for $15 left me starving, the abodabu taco was overcooked pork, they brought out chips with plastic ketchup bottles filled with hot sauce....for the chips?? Not some tasty salsa which would have been nice....taco Tuesday is basically 60 cents off per taco......these were $2.00 tacos they charge $4.00 for......taco bell is in the same shopping center and I would have rather eaten there. Sorry, jate to be harsh, but seriously underwhelming....and its all about the money, spending $20 per head in basically a fast food atmosphere is a turn off to me.

The shrimp cocktail is so much Ketchup. I don't understand why shrimp cocktail is so hard to make?? It never taste like shrimp always ketchup. But the service is great thats why I gave 3 star's 🌟

Hey, if you enjoyed my review or found it helpful please hit the like button. My buddy and I travel all over Southern California, Nevada and Arizona selling steak, seafood and chicken off a truck. We hit every dive bar and greasy spoon along the way, I give you the debts, you should follow me.
I had a little company over the other night and I had seen this little place tucked between the Wingstop and 7-11 on Douglas by the 76. The parking here is terrible, although the lot is big and well lit, way worth it. I asked Johny, who has worked here for about six months, most of the other employees have worked here since it opened in 2014. Johny was excited to tell me about the place and was quite proud of the product they put out. Happy, compensated, long term employees are the secret sauce, Johny confidently promised me we would return. (He was 100% on that)
Their Covis -19 protocols were relaxed a bit like most. They did have indoor seating as well as seating in their quaint patio. Ideally at this place you want to sit at the bar and sample their wide selection of local micro beers or one of their many wines. This would be a great place to bring a date.
The place has a jazzy atmosphere and I believe Johny that the place gets packed, it was doing brisk business when I popped in to grab an order to go near closing time.
I asked what the specialty was and he said the smoked tuna tacos but they were out. I can't wait to try those. I ordered a couple of the shrimp Diablo (I like really spicy and they defiantly didn't dissapoint), regular shrimp tacos, fish tacos, steak tacos and chicken. They were all absolutely fantastic, we raved about them all night long. Their tacos run about $4 each, they are not trying to make the cheapest taco, clearly they want to be the best taco you have ever eaten. I can see why Johny was so proud of their tacos and certain I would return.

The 3 grilled fish tacos for $10 at happy hour were fantastic! Oscar was so accommodating! Can't wait to go back!

This place was absolutely the best fish taco place I've ever been to. Their take on the regular SoCal Mexican food is fantastic! All seafood!

My husbands friends recommended this place, I’m usually skeptical of their recommendations as manly diets usually consist of nacho cheese and fried anything. It.is.d e l i c i o u s!!!! EVERTHING! Tacos, burritos, ceviche, etc. This has become a weekly stop for us. The staff is super friendly too, Trizanne and Estefania are the best!
My family is from Mazatlan Sinaloa and this restaurant is truly authentic! ♥️

Food is great. Service can be spotty. First time the waitress was on point. The second time the waiter didn't check up as often as he should've. But the smoked tuna tacos are worth waiting for! And the octopus quesadilla was delicious!

The current Oceanside Magazine featured Miramar in their 20 Best Fish Tacos so I thought I'd try it out. I got the Octopus tacos which were featured in the magazine. They were interesting. Never eaten Octopus before (calamari doesn't count). I'll probably try them another time but I went in again looking for a WOW! taco...and I found it! Try the seafood taco. I was stunned when I bit into it. Best taco I've ever eaten to date!

All I can say is that the food is amazing. So much so, I have eaten everything on the menu - (except the oysters, I do not like oysters)...today, I had the last thing on the menu, Chocoflan!
My favorites - Tostada Especial, Toritos, Campenchana, Fish tacos, ....pretty much everything...I would basically write the whole menu here...
I have a special drink that I have made there...most of the serving staff know it...it's 1/3 Jamaica and 2/3 Sangria...UH-MAZING!!! Order next time you're there...I call it the WAYNEGRIA!
Buen provecho!

Great service, good margaritas and excellent customer service. I recommend trying the garlic shrimp tacos and their refried beans (they use a secret ingredient).

We tried a few different fish tacos; mahi mahi, fish, shrimp, jalepeno shrimp. All very good. Small, casual with beer and wine. Next time will try the smoked tuna which I heard was their specialty.
