Order was so wrong ordered a chocolate Blended coffee and was handed a pale drink by the guy in front and told it was chocolate even after double checking with him. Bagel was not toasted when asked and drink is not chocolate at all. This is not the first mistake I’ve had happen here.

Just like last year, she was SO great to work with.... and even custom created a special bagel for our 35 gift bundles this year!! I can't say enough good about these folks. Gr
Not the same bagel shop it was a few years ago. New menu, more non-bagel sandwiches, and no inside seating. Still a few tables on the patio.

Horrible mobile order service. We waited 25 minutes for our order while people who just walked in the door got served instantly. Bagels were squashed and had 1/4 the cream cheese as normal. We won't be back.
