It was okay. The waitress was in a hurry when she was taking our order. The pancakes were a little overcooked which I was fine with but the wife wasn't as thrilled.
The rest of the experience was okay - the waitress did slow down a bit so she was more pleasant after that although she never did come
There was only one lady taking care of everything and she was so efficient and fast, my shake was perfect not too thick, the food was awsome (thank you cook) i mean... so clean so simple so delicious ! Recomend 100%
Bonnie was fantastic in being our server! She was very attentive. The food was great and the kids Silver 5 plate was big!
I Love this location. The foods always great, the coffees hot and the restaurant is CLEAN.

They serve the most delicious chocolate pancakes. Great prices, yummy food! The only thing about this place is, it gets packed quick, so there may be a wait time before being seated.

The food was not a good as it had been in the past. Big steak omelet had very little steak and was not neatly rolled up like at other locations.
The coffee didn't seem fresh and did not come close to even McDonald's coffee.
I was disappointed that IHOP stopped having bosenberry syrup for pancakes!

Had to move out of the house temporarily because the realtor found a ruptured pipe behind the wall. We wind up lodging in the Marriot from the 15th until the 29th of September (realtor covered the lodging bill). With so much going on it’s been a while since we all ate breakfast together. So I ord
