My husband went on his motorcycle through the drive thru they have NO SIGN that says motorcycles are not allowed through the drive thru!!! One of the workers had the audacity to tell my husband next time he can’t go in through the drive thru and they were going to refuse his service tonight!? Makes
Horrible customer service. Horrible packaging. When you get your food it is flopped around. Mind as well have a taco bell stew instead of individual items. Because that is exactly how it comes. Completely out of wrappings and mixed everywhere.
Quite possibly the slowest Taco Bell of all the franchises. Plan on at least 15 minutes at drive thru. Consistently.
Mexican fast food - great for a quick bite when on the road and hungry. My spouse refuses to eat at any TB as she claims all of their food has a particular unsavory smell; I am fine with it. Just don't have super high expectations and it should be okay.
