Ordered food, the woman didn't really listen to what we ordered. It was 2 meals. Waited almost 30 minutes, our food "wasn't ready" still. I walked up to the counter and they had it sitting there and were bringing other food out that people had ordered after us. So ours had to have been sitting there

Hands down the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The staff were openly fighting with each other in the back and the girl working the register had a serious attitude problem. It also took over 20 minutes for a single sandwich. Definitely will not be returning.

This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in all my years in living in Odessa . My family and I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for our order and never received it . So I went inside for our order and still waited an additional 20 minutes on my order . So overall 40 minutes spent

Came in from Wolfforth employees are friendly & manager was great. Fast, respectful. They all worked together very well. Place nice and clean. Unique was very helpful. :-)

You’d think w all the bad reviews, they’d be better by now 😂 no reason for 45 minute wait to pick up an order called in 1 1/2 hours ago. Restaurant was empty, employee was on his phone just standing there. People in front of us waited 15 minutes to get a receipt handed to them. Definitely the worst

I ate at a different location in odessa and was not disappointed!!!! There was no line, staff was friendly, and food was great! They were out of fruit bowls and forgot to mention it to us. So in return they gave my sister-in-law chicken tortilla soup free of charge!!!

Did online order, however, they were out of an item we ordered so we decided to switch it to a sandwich. Took over 30 minutes just to make the sandwich . Also noticed they forgot one of our soups but did let them know. Also forgot pickles. Seems like they always forget items. Not the first time but
