Good customer service. Great options. Much better food and drink than the hospital. Hospital nutrition department can learn a thing or two from Starbucks.
Customer service wasn't great. I stood and waited as the lady was on the phone having a full conversation before taking my order. That wasn't the only issue I found in this customer service there but its the one that bothered me most.
Wonderful staff! Lineth and Julie allowed us in even though they were shutting the doors. It was much needed as we were very tired and needed a caffeine pick-me-up! The place is clean and the service is fast. Must go!
I had forgotten my wallet at home, was having a rough morning. The app QR code didn't work and I was trying to figure out how to pay for the coffee. They ended up making it for me and giving it to me on them. Thank you so much. ❤
i ordered grande size drink but they only give 1/2 of what I ordered
The Starbucks clerk told the lady (whom was her friend) in front of me my comment about her over powering perfume activating my asthma and the lady loudly threaten me by saying she was going to have hospital security kick me out. I found the experience unprofessional and inappropriate and will not
They refused to make a medium american in a large cup for me. The manager, Roger, actually was hollering across the store at me when i told him ten years, same drink, never been refused coffee at starbucks (really??!!). Im appalled. Ill be taking my business somehwere that doesnt refuse to serve me
It's a small starbucks people. It's inside the hospital, closes around 6 pm, parking is awful, and isn't open Saturday or Sunday. But it's the only one on this side of town. How is that fair when the other side of town has 5 coffee shops within 2 feet of eachother? I don't know, but I make do.
