I had a good experience here. Welcomed when I walked in for lunch. No buffet at this time, but I understood that. Their personal pan and boneless were good nonetheless. When I do order online for pick up, my orders are accurate and on time as opposed to other Pizza Huts in the area.
We ordered carry out and I was surprised at how clean it was. This is probably one of the cleanest Pizza Huts in all of Odessa. The staff was super nice and helpful our order was actually ready on time. When we got home the pizza was still warm and tasted great!
Sat there nearly 25 mins and no one attended to us.. Family member of employee walked in and told us we had to go and order at counter cause there were no others working.. well sheesh, she could of told us that before we sat down for 25 mins.. And then she got an attitude with us.. never going back
This store has really great customer service and the pizza was amazing. They forgot to put the 2 liters coke and the driver said no worries i will be back with him. He followed through with his word and we received the coke bottles. That talks highly of them, they hold themselves accountable and
Have order twice and both time pizza was undercooked doughy and 2nd time around I got sick I'm done ordering from pizza hut I rather wait 10 to 20 minutes longer as long as pizza is well done wish no stars was an option
Service was good!! They worked fast and hard getting the orders out quickly!!! Food was nice and hot!!! Good job!!!

The things that made this visit bad were the fact that they missed my drink and sauces. and then about 4-5 hours after eating me and my partner were sick (throwing up and diarrhea) and had to throw away the rest of the food.
