We just went to Popeyes on 12th at 11:15pm and the drive thru server was the sweetest man and was so kind to us even though it was super late and they were almost closing. We didn’t get his name so we thought we would leave a nice review for him. He made our night :)
These guys deserve more than 3.5 stars, they turned what could have been a one star visit to 5 stars with superior customer service.
To make a long story short, I had some hangups with an extended wait for their next batch of chicken, and them being out of both of my favorite dipping sauces. They made up for it by keeping me updated while I was waiting for my food, and they even gave me some complimentary strawberry biscuits!
Both the cashier and the guy they had bringing out the food were very polite.
And the chicken was as amazing as you would expect a fresh batch to be!

Customer service is outstanding! They were so kind even when our whole party showed up b4 their closing. They made more chicken and stayed open an hour later just so we can dine in. Enjoyed our dinner!
I was there to pick up my order. The workers are so nice and friendly. The place is very clean. My food was nice and hot and yummy. The cashier asked me what condiments I wanted for my biscuits and chicken. I didn't have to wait long for my food. I'll definitely be back!!❤️❤️

The level of service at this location is above and beyond. Francisco and his team are amazingly kind and genuinely care about the customer experience. You don’t find this level of service anywhere. The food always comes out hot and crispy on the rare occasion they make a mistake, they go out of their way to make it right. We will be eating at this location forever!
I am currently eating my chicken. Spicy strips with sweet coleslaw mashed potatoes. Really good everything tastes great. So far the three employees that I interacted with were really cool. I just trashed the one in Clearfield Utah they should come here and see how it's done. I guess they could clean the glass on the entry doors..... It is right after lunch. 😁

The chicken was awesome nice and juicy on the inside and super crispy on the outside. The customer service was great. You don't see such wonderful customer service very much anymore. now its usually just a bunch of snot nose teenage brats that don't have manners. The reason for the 4 stars is 1) The coke machines are nasty and look like they are never cleaned besides those machines are gross anyway (The new style coke machines). and 2) I have never had such awful nasty tasting mac and cheese in my life the worst ever. However overall it was a nice place with wonderful people
Got the new spicy 🐔 sandwich. Hate to say it, but it's better than Chick-fil-A. But look at the small amount of fries I got at this location. They skimped on the fries.
