The new manager here Aaron Smith has taken over the management of this location. He has done a phenomenal job in the short time he has been there. I used to frequent this location when it first opened but it went downhill quite drastically, the cleanliness of the store was always left something to be desired. I also had the opportunity to be a delivery person for this location in my previous employment in which I delivered product to the restaurant and Iβll say it was a shame some night how filthy the prep area would be left. But this new management has the place tidied up and the staff seems to be all in the same page. Check it out if you had a bad experience before. I promise you will be pleasantly surprised and impressed at the quick turnaround!
Our order was wrong last week. We contacted the store, and they were so sweet and cool about it. They offered us our entire order again for free when we come back. Just went there today, and they gave me no trouble and completely replaced our order, no questions asked. This is a perfect example of how even a negative experience can turn into a positive one. Everyone makes mistakes. The customer service we received was amazing, and the food was hot and fresh. This is our favorite KFC location in Northern Utah. Well done, guys!
When you are craving chicken this is the place to go. They have chicken cooking skills and much more. I am never disappointed. They have the best cole slaw, creamy mac and cheese and yummy soft biscuits. They serve a wide variety of chicken choices so you will never get bored. Service for me today was fast, food was hot and oh so good.
I love this location! The food is great, and the staff is phenomenal! Darlene, Ashely, and Cassandra, they are by far the best crew at this KFC! Darlene is the most sweetest kindest lady ever. I'm my opinion, she is what breaths life i into this store. As long as the three of those lovely ladies are working, I will always recommend that location to everyone!!!!
Good Food!! Great Price to Feed a Family. I Asked for Honey, They Almost forgot the Honey then the Cashier at the Drive thru Double checked and Went and got the Honey. When I got Home I Found About 50 Packs of Honey!! When I got Home I also Noticed One of My Gravy Was less then Half Full and seemed a little Watery. So I don't Know What Happened there.
ITS KFC, ITS GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ACTUALLY REALLY NICE. MAYBE THEY DONT PAY BEANS OR SUMPIN. I LOVE THE COLESLAW AND OF COURSE THE CHICKEN. ITS PRICEY THOUGH.
I went through the drive's thru. The service is not that great. The employees look like they're not happy to be there. This is the third time i've been there and they did not have any salt packages. I was really disappointed because the chicken was dry.
Had to wait for fresh nuggets and that is something I will gladly do cause when they decided to come out with these I was hooked there amazing........ Way to go KFC
They had 2 big orders go through ahead of me . I had to wait for chicken. But enjoyed every bite
