I recall leaving around closing, and one of the cashiers was scrubbing the floors.. I was so impressed with their dedication to keep the place looking and feeling welcoming and pristine.
Self-service is way to go...at the Kiosk. Order, pay, Pour your cup and leave. No Guff with workers and crazed customers short on patience.
I was driving through the area and decided to try their breakfast sandwich-- it was amazing! Chicken, avocado, tomato, dressing, all on a ciabatta roll-- it was absolutely delicious!

No. Don’t go here now. You’ll wait in line 20 minutes and when you finally get to the order screen, someone will say “please wait” and then turn their speaker off. There’s a 30 minute wait in addition, after ordering, but they don’t tell you that until you’ve waited in line 20 minutes . No wonder the parking lot was empty. No no no. Don’t go here.
They were busy slammed! Fifteen orders on the board! Virtually no wait at all because they were so well-organized. I just sat back and watched a well-oiled machine! It was so cool! I wish I would have known well how this team worked at the front end, where I tipped and tipped more! They should only let us tip at the end when you get the order. After experiencing the whole thing.
I was recently helped by a young man named Daniel. This young man was respectful, attentive, and actually used eye contact, which is seldom seen in today's society with teenagers. The food was excellent as always.
The employees are so kind and helpful even while the very busy, great customer service, and great food!!
This Panera has an indoor fireplace! The location is in a suburban area. I have been to different Paneras in different cities. This is the first one I have seen with an indoor fireplace. Their floor plan and outside patio are different as well. I had Panera's Chicken Mediterranean Bowl (Delish) (Please see picture below.) It wasn't skimpy, it was a nice size. I had it with their chips, 1/2 Frontega Chicken Sandwich, and an Ice Dark Roast Coffee. I dined in and ordered Rapid Pick Up from my table.

My son decided since it was a rainy day and we both got to chill that he wanted hot chocolate with his dinner and that Panera bread was the place to go. He really enjoyed being able to order on the tablet and pick what he was eating and see the pictures which is perfect. The food came very quickly and we got our text message notifications. Everything was so automated and quick I don't think we interacted with the staff hardly at all. They seemed friendly when we went back up to inform them we hadn't gotten one of the items we ordered. They were super swamped so I wouldn't give them too hard about the fact that the tables didn't seem the cleanest. They may need an additional staff person to keep up on keeping the dining in area spick and span we were there during quite a rush hour though. Overall food was super good the kid had a blast and we both enjoyed our time there.
Alexandria and Mickey are both so helpful and friendly. I enjoying seeing them every time I come in. All of the staff here work so hard and should be recognized
