Spartan Brewpub is pretty good. Tried the Spartan Shield and Spartan Sword beers and enjoyed both. The food was a bit underwhelming, but ok. Bartender was friendly. The environment was nice, but seemed like a typical place.

Went twice to this new brewery. The food was delicious and so was the beer. Service was quick and attentive. The first visit was just 2 of us and we were surprised by the quick delivery of our delicious Nachos with brisket ! Very delicious.
We went back with a group of 12 three days later. We had to wait a little longer to get our drinks and food but the parking lot was packed! Same good food and beer. Reasonable prices, too. You should check it out!

Service is very good and staff is warm and helpful. Beer is good to very good. Nice food choices and a large tap list that is not restricted to their own brews, and is especially varied...I really enjoyed that! Dining area is large, but furniture is a bit underwhelming. Easy to spot in normal traffic and ample choices.

The food was delicious. The service was great. I had the brisket nachos. I wish I had asked for the name of our waiter because he was fantastic. The food took a very long time to come out, but I'd attribute that to growing pains and wouldn't hold it against them.

Good food and great service. I ordered a beer that I'd had before elsewhere. It didn't taste the same and I asked our waitress about it. She brought over the bartender who explained the difference in taste then offered to replace it with something else. They brought me something to taste to make sure I liked it then replaced my drink- and credited our bill.
This place is cozy and comfortable but large enough to host larger groups, too. We'll go back again.

First visit here. Very pleasant atmosphere. Lots of TV screens. Volume off, no captions that we saw. Very good service. Good selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. The craft beer selection is extensive. Some unusual appetizer options were appreciated. The crowd was lite on a week nite. We will be back. 😁

Some obvious growing pains, but great potential. The house beers are fine, had both porters. I would say more a black IPA than traditional porter, but nothing to complain about. Sampled all the house beers available, and again good. A beer snob will find enough to appreciate and nitpick about; so win win. Brisket was excellent. Atmosphere was good. I'll come back again.

We went for an adventure since we've never been there. We had a blast! 3 hours and two growlers in tow later we were on our way home. But this was after sausage n cheese, 8 beer flights and a visit from Santa and a group of carolers. Much fun! Special thanks to Kate and Chris who helped guide this great adventure! Highly recommend. Some of the food was maybe a little pricey but very tasty. Paper plates are intentional as they eat the cost of compostable materials - an establishment that's trying to be a good Steward of their resources. Porter was very tasty, can't wait to try their IPA and Red. Also have some of my favorite beers on tap, e.g. Alaskan Amber and Stella. Staff is friendly and informal, which adds to a nice atmosphere. Looking forward to seeing where this young establishment goes! Definitely coming back, and bringing friends :-)

Although we did not have any of the craft beers, the food was excellent. Service as well, the entire experience was very good. Looking forward to going back and try other dishes as well as the beer.

Both of our beers were quite good. We will definitely go again, except next time we'll steer clear of the artichoke dip. Not the cheesy dip we expected, rather a sour cream based dip with a hodge podge of clashing spices that overwhelmed rather than complemented the artichokes. But the crispy triangles of flat bread that came with it were delicious. Maybe nachos next time.

love the building and the vibe/feel. the greek theme is awesome. they have a decent variety of beer and a couple i would drink again. i stop here when on my way to grand rapids. its a nice brewery overall.

First time visiting. Kind of quiet for a Friday night. Didn't try the food had a good black IPA though. Hope they are doing well enough to stay afloat. I would love to come back sometime.

I've been here several time now and can definitely recommend a visit. The food is nice, beer selection is enough to have something for everyone, and the Spartan-brewed beer was very good when they had it. Looking forward to when their beer comes back in tap.
