Service was great! They were backed up, under staffed, and had someone in training when we were in the drive thru. They were still quick, polite, and provided great food and drinks. Definitely room for improvement but I did want to come here and say that James is a bright spot here! My kids love him and he is always cheery when we come through. In a world that customer service seems to no longer matter…I’m thankful there are still people like James to make up for it!

This Taco Bell has an employee who goes WAY over the top to be positive, helpful and quick EVERYTIME HE TAKES MY ORDER IN DRIVE THROUGH! I have never been compelled to review a fast food establishment, but the consistency of this worker left me no option. Good job Mr. Drive-through Guru. Your enthus

Typically this location is soooo understaffed or staffed by people who have no idea what they are doing that you need to pack a lunch to wait in the drive thru line because you'll be there 20+ minutes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Again...you might have what you ordered....maybe not! HO
