The service is really good. The only thing we were disappointed in is that our food was barely warm. The French fries weren't bad but our Whoppers have been barely warm 2x now in the last week.
My husband stopped in last week and the manager, Jill (he thinks), was complimenting her staff and telling them to keep up the good work! You can't always keep everyone happy, but good leadership should always include praise! Nice job!
It's Burger King. Better quality food that McDonald's for sure. It is conveniently located on Lake Lansing, but gets busy because of this. I'd love for it to be available through Uber Eats because the food is obviously better than McDonald's. It's an older building with a crappy drive thru speaker,

Food was very good and fresh. Jess front desk employee was very pordessional and polite. You should used her to train all your employees at the front of the stores. Wonderful.
