The cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been to. I like the atmosphere inside inside even though my friend said that it reminded them of an 80’s night club theme.
I've had multiple issues with this location, but today that was rectified by an experience I had with the new Manager Becca. I called to speak about a complaint I had and to keep it short I've never felt better about a person in position of management. Calm cool collected no Ego involved. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is for those that aren't doing their part at this location! Love burger King and I am very pleased with my experience today! Thanks again Becca!
Wonderful place, building was empty; co-worker got his food 10 minutes after it was ordered. lady at the counter was super nice and the guys with the dreads in the back were nice! Delicious burger King.
The service is really good. The only thing we were disappointed in is that our food was barely warm. The French fries weren't bad but our Whoppers have been barely warm 2x now in the last week.
My husband stopped in last week and the manager, Jill (he thinks), was complimenting her staff and telling them to keep up the good work! You can't always keep everyone happy, but good leadership should always include praise! Nice job!
It's Burger King. Better quality food that McDonald's for sure. It is conveniently located on Lake Lansing, but gets busy because of this. I'd love for it to be available through Uber Eats because the food is obviously better than McDonald's. It's an older building with a crappy drive thru speaker, but the staff is always polite and handles it well.
The new Manager Jes. Is very friendly and helpful. Our food was hot. Dinning area was the cleanest I have ever seen. Really impressed with her and the team.

Best customer service at a Burger King ever! They have all fast foods places put to shame with their covod precautions! Kudos Okemos BK!! And the employees very friendly :)
Food was very good and fresh. Jess front desk employee was very pordessional and polite. You should used her to train all your employees at the front of the stores. Wonderful.

Reluctant but pleasantly surprised! Clean. Bright. Good, swift service. Sandwich was fresh and delicious. I would go again.
