We ordered their challah bread (only $5.99 for a whole loft), it smelt and tasted so good. I made my corn flake french toast with the challah bread, it had the perfect thickness. While I was picking up my order, I couldn't but help myself and tried their vanilla cannoli. So yummy! They have so many
Best german restaurant in okc. I try to eat here every time i come to town. The schnitzel is my favorite meal. Super juicy and tender. Come with potato salad, sour kraut and pure cabbage. Huge portions. The bratwurst meal is really fulfilling. The spatzle super yasty. Not dried out or too c
UPDATE: VERY BUMMED - INGRIDS IS CLOSED. Excellent German food! Very authentic. They also have pastries, sweets and a few meats & cheeses. Their sausages are amazing!
First time visiting Ingrid's and wanted to try some authentic German food. I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious and the portions were generous for the price. We purchased several bakery dessert items and im looking forward to sharing them with my family! Yumm!
We reserved the whole restaurant for a Christmas function in the evening and had a wonderful time. They served a satisfying buffet dinner consisting of turkey, stuffing, ham, green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole. The staff at the bar was also very friendly and attentive to all our needs.
This is a delightfully authentic German restaurant. I had the sausage plate this time and love the unique flavor of each one. Lovely cakes and pastries. Worth your time to try this restaurant.
This is our goto when visiting OKC. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Note - they are now cash only! Food very conistent and flavorful. The sauerkraut is very good - gotta try it! Bratwurst is very good - not greasy and a nice texture. Wide variety of German dishes and pastries. Bread is aweso
First time at Ingrid’s, the atmosphere was nice and we felt very much at home. The menu is also more expansive than I thought it’d be with plenty of sandwiches and combo plates to choose from, I ordered the chicken schnitzel with a jalapeño cheddar bratwurst and the chicken was very juicy and tender
Deviously delicious. Good German food and bakery. Nice beers. ADA wheelchair accessible. No patio so no dogs. Cash or check only. I included pics of the amazing food but didn't get all of the bakery. They also have a Sunday brunch. I will be back.
I love Ingrid's! I used to be a chef at a German tavern myself, so I'm familiar with the flavors an be what goes into good German food, and ingrids nails it! Even if you're not into sweets, their pastries are a "can't miss" item that you'll want to take to go with you for later! The chef specialties
